The 180 days is more a technicality. We had about 2 weeks total of downtime that made ad delivery impossible. And you have to remember, this company is ours, the money is ours, the profits are ours. If you force the company to honor this technicality, it offers a bonanza to a few, and hardship to the overall system. No one buys ads to hopefully get a refund. they buy ads to get BAP, and exposure for their sites. They are still getting that. It's similar to an retail store advertisement going out with a typo, and a few morons showing up to get a big screen TV for $1.29, and yelling and screaming because the store won't honor it. All users should have read the TOS before they signed up (I'm sure over half never did until now) It does say they can make changes without notification. Everyone may not agree with it, but which would you rather have...an extra five days for your ad to be viewed or putting the site at risk for thousands of dollars in refunds. I personally want the site to stay. Someone said most users don't care about their ads. I wouldn't say most, but some yes. They bought the ad packs for the BAP. They have received the BAP and are still getting the ad views. If you did buy for the ad views, then why complain over your ad being shown for an extra 5 days when you paid for advertising to start with?
