I would like to refund any advertiser, but if our liquidity is in danger, we cannot and we can enforce our right to change TOS at any moment. I also dont like to avoid refunds by changing TOS, but they have the right to. And it is only a 5 days extension. It would be greedy if advertisers do not accept a 5 days extension in their campaigns. BTW: if you are promoting scams it is your problem, not PV problem. It states 180. So it wasnt changed but the tos were simply broken, again. Then take a look at laws, its not legal to change the tos without a notification, did we get a notification? no. (Yes the tos states it would be possible to edit without notification but the law doesnt agree with that law>tos, but we dont care about law here, so what am i saying) Besides of that i think there might some laws which forbid changing rules for a purchased product. But even if not it will be a very long way until were legal seeing how tos get simply broken multiple times. (But iam not sure anymore, do we want to be legal?) I dont know how it is our current liquidity, but if to refund advertisers we have to stop paying salaries and office's rentings, i support ANY change on the TOS. I will accept a change in my FTQ returns if without changes i will simply not be paid. I understand your opinion, but please, understand company's postion. Simple as that I mean I am not legal expert But I do read every TOS I come across in the services I use. Advertisers should know that unexpected things happen, and that sometimes you must extend ads. It is just that simple. Look at how many folks have posted porn on here yet it's against the TOS, I don't believe many people even look at the TOS until when something like this comes up, then they all start yelling about how it's against it.
