He never cared about these refounds, instead lately we're being flooded by $ 0.01/other ads. These downtimes weren't predictable at all, or maybe yes and it would be programmers fault.. but uh, would that matter now? There is no one to blame for this, except for we-all-know-who. Truthfully, they can go back and run a script that would add a day to any active ad when there was was a full day (without ad issue) of Maintenance and they would be completely legal to their current TOS. Most campaigns would be postponed at least a week. Maybe two, or more since January. ...and people are crying because they just chalked it up to 5 days...
