You want to change TOS each time something doesnt add up ? Terms were signed between PV and adertisers and those terms should be obeyed. You dare to blame Jo for ruining the market and leading to swaps but you do the same just calling it differently. PV was expected not to pay after 180 days, it was expected TO DELIVER ADS within 180 days. Due to many situations this hasnt been done and should be paid for. Its not your fault, but you have to bear the weight of the debt left by Jo. If You want to change the TOS that way, feel free, but ONLY for the next bought advertisement, not for the ongoing campaigns. When you click on an empty field in ad grid, page with copy/paste shows up, and when you hit back button that field became red and it's not possible to click it anymore. The delay of ad delivery was during Jo's raid and those reckless actions taken by him during the time are still presently influencing the business indirectly today. It is evident that a lot of "advertisers" have turned their faces the other way by the TOS change, however, we must accept it for the sake of our capital. This business feeds on creativity, like minded investors, and users that have the ability to bend their own laws for this business so it can be worth more than a "dime." These traits are mandatory at this point, especially after being driven down by an unethical ruler.  Time heals all wounds, therefore, this is not the correct time to debate on whats wrong or right (Think about the unfairness of government shut downs and the innocent people who are unpaid for). It doesn't include downtime at all. What noone like from Jo was that he had idea one day and the next day he wanted to make it true, no matter what others say, and we at least hoped it wont be same anymore, but you never know... I was planning to invest some for shares now, but how all its going dunno if price might go even down and I will get even bigger loss. And then how cannot we get refunds, you just go JO account which is worth almost 2m $, you lost 450k $ due to bitcoin, but you have 1.5m$ +, its like some1 donated that money and asked nothing in return and we are somehow still doing bad. Changing it for the old one will just give them more trouble with paypal and maybe some people who bought ads on PV, you didn't even have to begin a lawsuit, just to complain about the police, and when they will look at PV and MTV, it will certainly close. Maybe not for that problem but just because of the illegal casino game without a licence or because there is under age people on MTV. Even if they make it legal, they did it illegaly so the probability of shutting down is really high. They didn't include it, so it's not included, like you said. We have to ensure our survival, after that we can take care of our user's happiness." If the company would have taken care of the users happiness, we wouldn't be in this situation in the first place, because the only reason that the clicks can't be deliverd is that so many users left.  Sorry for saying it plain, dry and simpel, but that is the sorry truth.  It is a give and take in this industry. Whenever the take gets disproportional to the give, the game is over for most users.   So while I am not personally attached, I even don't know if I fall into the category of users, I still think staff should reconsider and go for other options, Yallit has proposed. A) Because it sends the message "we are broke" Is it really that bad?   B) It makes users pay management mistakes. Not the first one.  C) It adds just to other broken deals. See the big picture.  Stephanos9 Traffic Value: $1,685.19331 Cyprus 8 like this post 0 people 09/07/2015 12:21 If you make this decision come true it will end up really negative, it sounds completely unreasonable to change the whole terms of service to 185 days for the old campaigns, i'm sure if you ask the people to accept the extension due to the downtime/maintenance they would accept it cause it's much more reasonable than saying we ran out of time, think it twice.  Furthermore giving the members the chance of changing their advertisement once in two months lets say it would be a great tool, or even deleting the ad campaigns but only when the member/advertiser wants so.
