He himself has delayed his own ad campaign which would have been quite a hefty refund had he not "volunteered" to do this for "all of us"  So anyone who wants to paint this decision as greed .. think about the person who has lost a truckload in this site due to Jos antics, a hell of a lot more than many of you even dream of receiving and still HE offers to delay his own ads for A MONTH so who benefits? Does he? No!!! Well he will but only in the long term when things get back to positive, until then HE is the one who has taken a loss for ALL of us to benefit in a shorter term than he. The childishness and greed that comes out in some of you in the face of first world issues is rather abhorent. As you can see PV has OVER-DELIVERED the ad views I was expecting. Now to the issue of the "STORM IN A TEA-CUP" Undelivered campaigns and refunds. I have read the comments and opinions of people, whilst I do feel for the people who are missing out on refunds...ask yourself one question..."Did I buy this campaign to promote my other business ventures? or "Did i buy this campaign in the hope that it would not be delivered and I would get a refund?" Sure delivery time-frame may have been changed from 180 to 185 days in the TOS. If it was me I would be happy to receive extra 5 days of advertising to complete the campaign. As you can see from my Ad delivery status, nearly all my campaigns have been over-delivered. So do I get in touch with PV and say..."hey you gave me too much?" Has PV been in touch with me and said..."hey we over delivered can you please pay us for the extra ads that were viewed?" NO. Why? Because at the end of the day it is a little give and take. Some days are better than others. Also the TOS can be changed at anytime without notice. It says that when you sign-up and agree to be a member. So really you have no case to argue when it does happen. People mention laws for this country and that etc....doesn't really matter, any expert in LAW will tell you that cross-continent/country laws make it very difficult to pursue and argue matters because what might be considered illegal in one country is not illegal in another. Many website based businesses have registered companies in one country, the website hosting server in another country, staff in another country etc etc etc. Nobody likes change but the simple fact is that what worked 3-5 years ago may not work so well today. So change is the key to staying viable long term. This is why I feel Marc and the current team should deserve a chance to kick-start this business again. Will I agree with everything they do? Probably not...but I am sure they have a vision and deserve a chance to try at least. I am not playing down anyone's case here just pointing out a few things....and....all in all I am happy with my ad delivery. Just in case if you all didn't notice any sign to them is a street sign, that even includes church signs, and store signs, They also call traffic lights signs. The funky thing that I don't get is since when is a US flag a street sign??? Oh and those little round reflectors at the end of peoples drive ways are also signs according to them. I hope that helps some of you with getting the correct ones from now on.
