1.) If you are having problems with solving Captcha when trying to log in to your account try to:
*reset your router (to get new ip)
*clear your browser data
*use other browser e.g opera/chrome/firefox.
*change captcha from SolveMedia to Google noCaptcha(or the opposite) under the login form

2.) If you are using the new Two Factor authentication(2FA) and having issues with it try to:
- MOST of the times issues happen because your mobile device time isn't properly set(the security number the 2FA generates is basically a time-based calculation and requires a correctly set time on your device). So make sure to first update your phone's time manually. Find the correct time for your timezone here.
- change captcha type on login
- wait for the security number/token on 2FA app to change and try to login again
- try keep using the same token/security number even after it changes on your application for a minute or so
- If none of that works let us know and we can manually disable 2FA for you

3.) If the problem is with your password please use the "Forgot Password" link on our login page. That will send you a new password to your email address. (Sometimes it'll take several minutes for the email to arrive; but just complete the form once, and then be patient)

Failing that, the only way to recover your password via Support requires the following:

Make a nominal transaction (ie. $0.01) from one of the payment methods registered to your account, with "request new pasword" in the memo line. General support section

We have introduced an "Ad Swap" feature at the bottom of your ad view page. If you're having difficulty viewing an ad, just click on "Swap" and it'll replace the current ad with another one of identical value without any BAP penalty.

In terms of viewing ads in general, common troubleshooting:
  • Use Google Chrome (it has the best frame breaker prevention and overall compatibility with PaidVerts)
  • Ensure you have any ad blocking software disabled.
  • Make sure you type out the three copy and paste texts before trying to view the advertisers website.
  • Do not try and view more than one ad at the same time, or you'll incur errors for attempting to cheat our advertisers.
  • Do not leave a large amounts of time between the timer counting down, and clicking "continue". That will almost certainly result in an error.
  • Just try again a bit later, there are unavoidable server glitches from time to time. Viewing the ad again usually solves most issues.
In terms of captcha problems:
  • reset your router (to get new ip)
  • clear your browser data
  • use other browser e.g opera/chrome/firefox.
  • change captcha type at your account data
* If viewing ads works on your mobile, then great! But we have not coded in specific compatibility for mobile just yet. We'll get to that ASAP.

Yes you can refer family members (or friends, roommates, colleagues..) living under the same roof, using the same IP or even using the same device, provided that:

  1. Both the sponsor and referral account are clearly active and that the sponsor account is not just used to collect commissions from the referral.
  2. Both are used by different persons.
  3. Both accounts use separate payment processor details for deposits/purchases and withdrawals (one payment processor details can't be used on two accounts at the same time).

No, we can not change your sponsor/upline, even if your sponsor is default(portfolio) as there have been too many abuses of this in the past.

If you wish to have a different sponsor the only way to do that is for you to create a new account under the desired sponsor, leave your old account inactive and only use the new account from that point onwards.

There is also no way to transfer cash/BAP/Royalty Positions to your new account but what you may do is sell your BAP/Royalty Positions and withdraw it. Then send in a support ticket requesting to change the payment methods on your old account so that you may then re-register them on your new account and can re-deposit on your new account.

Yes, you may login from any and as multiple devices/IPs as you wish. However, if you overdo it we might in some cases investigate these actions when approving cashouts (or other account investigation, such as restoring your password), so it might cause some delays. But speaking generally there is no issues/penalties for using multiple devices/IPs to login to your account.

Tips to earn more at PaidVerts:

  1. Accumulate as much BAP as possible. The more you have the higher value ads your account will start to receive. Provided you have enough BAP you can receive ads at practically any time of the day. There are several type of "ad issues":

  • Micro ad packs - you can request this at any time of the day to immediately get 12 ads in total $0.025 worth. This will consume 50BAP and you can use this option up to 4x times a day.
  • Recycled ads - Users with recycle pro upgrade can receive recycled ads at ANY time of the day.
  • "%1 ads" - If you purchase any ad campaigns you will receive a 1% ad based on the campaign value for 10 days. You will also receive this if you purchase one of our Super User Upgrades. The 1% ads are usually sent out with the start of the server day.
  • Main daily ad issues - These ads are manually sent out by the admin depending on the money available for ads. The ads are distributed per our BAP groups - the more BAP you have, the bigger ads you will get. There is no guarantee that a "main daily ad issue" will happen every day, but it is issues on most weekdays and even on some weekends. There is no fixed time when these ads are sent out, please follow our Daily news for updates.

To receive ads you first have to make sure that you have BAP in your account and that you have viewed at least 1 BAP ad in the past 7 days. You also only receive our "main daily ad issues" if you have 100 BAP or more. Below that you will only receive random(usually under 1 cent worth) ads or ads requested via the "request micro ads feature". Payza and Neteller users have an initial weekly deposit limit with their account that automatically increases as follows;

The super upgrades ad distribution is completely random. You can receive no ads several days in a row as there are A LOT of users upgraded and only so many ads to send out. But don't worry; your upgrade will be extended by a week if you have not received at least 2.99/19.99$ worth of ads yet.

It is not guaranteed that you will receive recycled ads every day. There is a varying amount of recycled ads each day and they are sent out randomly to thousands of upgraded users. You will receive your full $1 worth of ads ASAP.

There is no way to delete an account manually. But you can just leave it inactive and it will be deleted with our next account purge(once a year or so).

If you want to create a new account with the same details/email then first just edit out the details on your old account to something random.

We can not give any refunds for BAP/cash lost playing any of our games. It is your responsibility, even if a third person plays on your account and loses BAP/cash. Therefore make sure to use good passwords and always log out if someone has access to your computer.

Even if you experience errors while playing games where it may seem that the game has "eaten up your money/BAP" that is not the case. In those cases it is simply a display/lag issue and the gameplay is execute normally in the background - and winnings/loses applied to your account normally based on the result of the game.

Your deposit / ad campaign should activate instantly upon receipt of the payment.

If you have sent the payment, please tell us the transaction id (from within your payment processor account) and we will manually activate the campaign/deposit for you.

If you have sent the payment via Bitcoin please provide the transaction details in the exactly the following format:

  • Amount sent (in bitcoins)
  • Your Bitcoin account (that you sent the funds from)
  • The bitcoin account you sent the funds to
  • The date you sent your bitcoins


If you have not sent the payment, try again with a new deposit / create a new ad campaign. You can delete any "pending" ad campaigns (that you have not sent the payment for) from your My Ad Campaigns page."

If you've locked one of your payment methods and would now like to unlock it, please submit the following data:
If you think your account has been compromised, then change your password IMMEDIATELY and then provide us more information. Or if you think a user is abusing our system or one of our games, please let us know below. Provide as much information as possible please.

Tell us your real date of birth and we'll reset it just once. We might require some additional confirmation, such as details of one your past transactions on our website(deposits or purchases).

Have you requested your cashout properly?
If your money is visible in your payment processor balance then you haven't requested the cashout yet. You have to go to cashier and click on "select" next to your payment method balance and then fill out the cashout form. You will then be able to follow your cashout's status at the cashier.

If 7 days haven't passed yet and your withdrawal is marked as pending don't submit a support ticket - allow up to 7 days for cashouts.

If the status of your cashout appears as "Ok" or "paid" and you haven't received the money to your payment processor yet OR that it has been pending for more than 7 days, then please fill out the form below:

You can transfer your PV earnings balance or MTV earnings balance at anytime to any other payment processor balance at the cashier

Common issues:

Your ads will automatically recycle after 18 hours after being delivered - they will be sent to another user but the BAP they consumed will NOT be restored on your account, so make sure to click on your ads within 18 hours.

You can check the history of your ads in your baplog, where you can also check the details of every ad you received and what happened with it.

If you still think there is some sort of an issue of missing ads that was not logged, or that your ads were recycled during our maintenance then please create a ticket, with the details copied from the baplog of which ads were missing/recycled so we can investigate.

Apparently site you want to advertise has some kind of frame breaker which we can't really accept as it would break our site while viewing an ad. You need to advertise something different / in other way. And recently we have blacklisted paidverts url, as it's pointless to advertise paidverts on paidverts. Additionally we regularly blacklist websites/domains that ara against our Terms of Service. Also you can try to use google chrome, as it works best with our site and can sometimes save the issue of not being able to accept a certain URL/banner

My money is missing

Make sure to check your balance history at MyTrafficValue(same login details as on PaidVerts) as it includes history of ALL transactions on your account.

There is also a maintenance fee which deducts 0.001$ per payment processor daily from your account, main purpose of which is to purge dormant accounts and it does not really affect our active members.

My BAP is missing

Check your BAP log

BAP is consumed by every paid ad you receive. That's its purpose. You'll keep receiving paid ads daily until all your BAP is consumed. Every 1 BAP you have will deliver $0.0005 worth of ads.

BAP TAX
