I know what you are trying to do, I know what you are trying to say and achieve all the goals, yeah, I agree on that. But, 3) Share price might drop a bit as people quick/panic-sell. Creating more opportunities for bargain hunters. And giving PV some cheap shares to buy up with the new turnover. Um, yeah, except you are thinking of this. Scenario: 1. You do a BAP swap 2. As some people panic, cash shares drop highly 3. People who had cash buys up the cheap shares 4. They sell it for expensively 5. They benefit. Ok, sounds excellent. How about the people who don't have cash balance right now? Obviously, people under group 6 can't make enough cash until the BAP swap to buy shares then. The only way this plan would work is if people had sufficient amount of cash (at least 30% of total users) to buy the shares that people who don't have cash are selling for BAP. Basically, you are making some super-rich, and others below the poverty line. I don't know if it will work as you buy up all the shares because of so much money in your account. But, remember, you are doing something really dangerous, but as you are the leader, I don't have a right to say, and as I said, if it confirms the three things, 1. Good for PaidVerts future 2. FTP pays faster 3. Each individual gets better results; not only like 5% of the whole group. Most of the members are in Group 1, so the BAP swap will not affect them, BUT what about the members who are not in Group 1 and who receive decent amount of good value of ad each day? They will hate this idea and in MY opinion, many members will leave the site after cashing out, as they would be in fear of rising their BAP again and turning their hard earned BAP to "zero". Considering that the BAP of all the members would be turned into shares, and they can sell them afterwards to get their Money/BAP back, but who will buy the shares then? Almost none, as they want to get their Money/BAP back by selling their shares themselves. So, in my opinion, most of the members will hate this idea of BAP Swap. So, its better not to do the BAP Swap or changing this idea. Hope that most of members would agree with me. Thank you. But all the time you expect like 1h of maintenance and it was 3 or 4h. You can't do a good prediction of that.  Site with a lot of buggs (while viewing ads for example), sometimes slow even after you move the site to new servers. I can't get it why but... 2 - Stop with the random ad issue Why the is always a random time to give ads? This is so frustrating. People can't even plan when they will se the ads when one day you give the ads at 12:00 GMT and the next day you give the ads at 23:00 GMT for example. It's so difficult to create a script to calculate how much money is available and issue the ads after that? I think it's not (if the programmers works good) and we don't need you all the time to send them for us. 3 - You don't wan't to grow Five or six months ago I put a topic in brainstorm section about the way we can see the balance on the top of the page. It will take around 20m of the programmers time and you can do it. You answer this will be added to the queue but nothing happens till now. Besides of that, I have some ideas to improve the way ads are distributed and how the things can be done to work better for everyone else. I have an idea for a game also, better than the Lotto who can replace him or create a new game. I ask what are the language used to program the games on MTV/PV and no one answer. I will code the game alone and send it to you. I don't even wan't anything in exchange.  But all the time I say something about how we can improve some bits and boobs (it's what you say in news? I don't know if its boobs) you don't care about that. I'm not the Holy Grail or something like that but in my opinion I have some good ideas to improve PV/MTV.  4 - BAP debt swap Well, it will work fine, but not now. I like to have 6 million BAP turned into shares and after that start over in PV. It will be good for everyone in the long run but now isn't the time. People will quit the program (for me it's ok since that people don't understand how PV works so they should search for answers instead of quit (and yeah, I have more than 100 referrals and if they all go away it's fine)).  Not now, wait till February at least and after that you do a full report again and see what it should look like (a lot of people will continue to disagree). But PV isn't broken, for now. And why you don't use the development funds to do a big mega ad issue after new year? You have lot's of money there and you don't use money for nothing. Where is the casino site? Where is the license for him? C'mon, so much things you can do and you don't do. Hire more programmers. My girlfriend is in home and she can be a general programmer. And you have a lot of people like that for sure. Really good programmers. But the time it takes for us to see some good improvement from the actual programmers... C'mon Jo. You can do better than this. I know you are with your familly and you need to take advantage of this. But, it's a business and people like solid business and we don't have that since you go to Brasil. Just put some effort, 4 or 5 hours of your time everyday (or even more), put some pressure on the programmers. You are their boss and you need to pressure them. Pay more to them. Just make the site work better and you will see how PV explodes. EDIT: And Mike is a customer like us so he deserve the same thing we deserve. Not a benefit. When he start sold the shares for BAP, he knows we can have a debt swap. I don't care for shares I think, for me PV and the  "fight" for reaching the next group to get the better valued ads was the interesting thing. Not just holding some shares ... for what ?? Shares are somehow something intangible for me, other than the working in PV to get results. But, I have a question. What if we swap our shares back for BAPS? (If there a BAPS there again) ... to at least get into a higher group and not to have to start with the beginning ... (and this was horrible, I can remember well clicking those low valued ads) Hm, so where will be the meaning of  the whole action then ? I say, people are either interested into the concept of PV, or into the concept of MTV or both. But, in the same time, you say, you will compensate the losses of few big investors!!! So, their big profits after swap (like everybody else i presume) are not enough?  For lower and middle investors, the profits would be so enormous that they would also pay (by PV-MTV) compensations for these persons? I'm sure i'm not very intelligent, but i don't understand that....or i have another interpretation, maybe?!
