I think let's wait for the sites to stabilize, get rid as much as possible the bugs on the site. People I guess are holding back investing on Paidverts because of these problems. Then if things still stagnates then lets push it.

Don't forget it will cost us lots of time to fix the trust we lose.

And bytheway, stop becoming greedy yourself. You are earning $1K refcomm a day.. besides your monthly salary. Isn't it enough?

BTW Mike.. You know the risk of a debt swap is always around. So we cannot give you a special threatment for selling your shares at 200 bap, as you could know a debt swap was going to happen sooner or later.. I also think it is very weird that Jo does mention your name.. And don't forget the price Jo is mentioning is 220 BAP.. So you have only a loss of 10%..

That's all you got? I seriously hope Jo doesn't listen to your partial sentence statements.

I agree with colasander... Why fix what isn't broken? You tell us every day how magical and flowery everything is... Again.. Why the sudden change?

I have been buying nearly 1000 dollars out of pocket a week of ads. There is nothing wrong with now. I don't need a swap for a "perfect" time.

Why do you think this will kill PaidVerts?

Let's say we do this, there'll be some grumpy and confused people verbalising on the forum - nothing new!

But anyone that views their daily BAP ads; instantly gets new BAP. And that new BAP will turn into cash in a heart beat! Then they'll buy a $1 ad campaign, and get $1.55 back in 48hours. And then they'll buy a $2 ad campaign, and the same will happen.

And before you know it, PV is seeing crazy growth. As 60,000+ users restart. Tell friends. And then we get 600,000 users... Buying $1/day in ads. And now we're talking $300k daily ad issues.

This will happen super fast.
And Mike is right, making sure the servers can handle the growth is likely the hardest part of all. One week of whiney investors is a small issue... And those complainers will quickly be silenced as the share price rockets from the growth an empty system yields.

Look at DigAdz, that's an "empty ponzi scheme" .... and it grew like crazy. Yet it has nothing backing it up. We have the viability of the MTV portfolio, 3-4years of history. And a million dollars in cash. With an unlimited future ahead of us. (And an equivilent pre-launch member base of 400-500k accounts)

We'll be huge. Not dead.
Plus... we're 100% liquid. We can't die! You can cashout everything that's cashable. Not a problem.

I'll go with this plan only if it's necessary(when PV's debt explodes and MTV can't pay it).
But if it's not,then it's something really risky...of course Jo is sort of right,but MTV/PV will lose its reputation in this process(like what all debt/BAP swaps do),making lots of mid-low members leave.

But it's yours and the memberbase's choice...I really can't say something that would affect the result.

Instead of batting stupid idea like this around how about doing a ad issue. I think if you managed to do a ad issue each day around the same time of day you could see PV growing like crazy with out the need for a BAP swap.

Let see the last week two days with out ads. 2 days ads show up the next server day. This is what is hurting the site. The simple way to fix it is find away to have ads for people to click at the same time everyday.

Ok, then how am I going to instantly get back to the group I am in that I spent over 6k just to get here in the past month? Maybe I'm not understanding you well, but I need the income as well. I'm currently investing every week as much as the limit lets me to buy up shares for moving to the higher groups, but if you do this I will lose my group and income, correct?

Indeed very strange Jo is putting one name down ! A bap swap can come any day . That is the risk of this game . Some will benifit with a swap and some do not .

I hate this idea but maybe we should do it. However it should be the only swap in the foreseeable future.
But first you need to fix all the PV bugs first, then around late Jan/early Feb do the swap. After that we need a push to get new users, because with 100k users PV is still very small (and many of them inactive)
Getting new users is important, because all the games are relied on PV user base so increase PV users = increase players
Of course developing new products that does not rely in the existing user base of PV/MTV is important too and we should do that to share the burden of PV

As i said before, i can see risks if we stuck to plan 1 or 2... I do not think that this swap will kill PV . It will makes PV more profitable and more faster . And all the previous investments as shares will bring faster and bigger results...

Jo - again please reply. How is guaranteed that ALL users will be able to sell Shares in order to make money instead of clicking ads? How are you sure that there are always going to be buyers for Shares of each user? Please clarify.

So...

According to what I understood, you want to convert all our BAPs into shares, and we can sell our shares for money to re-buy daily ad campaign and get again our BAPs if we want? Even more of what we have actually?

Ok, let's say I've got 500k BAPs.
They are going to be converted on Shares, so 500k BAP to shares = 55050 shares if $0.1101 per share swap price.

Then you're telling me that I can convert my 55050 shares back to dollars for bigger share price.
And with those dollars buy again BAPs with ad bulking campaign? and get even more BAPs and be on a higher group?

Someone understand the proposal of Jo?.. I don't get It if It's not like I said...

If you're just gonna convert BAP into Shares and delete Group system, I vote NO.

But if you do what I first said, I vote "If you think that I can get my BAPs back and even bigger, YES."

I mention Mike because he is the biggest BAP user... over 200m BAP. This affects him more than anyone else.

NewGuy, lets say you invested $7k. To get 22m BAP let's say. With this swap your 22M BAP becomes 100,000 shares. (Approximately 1 share for 220 BAP)

Sell those shares for $0.07 each, and you get $7000 back. (Selling them for $0.07 each won't take more than a week or two after the swap I shouldn't think. The first week the price will drop, as people panic sell, but thereafter it'll climb rapidly as people figure things out)

Or... Follow my advice, and wait a few weeks and sell your shares for $0.11+. That will give you $11,000 back. Which is the same money you'd get from viewing all 22M BAP worth of ads. (Which will take you several weeks at least, even with good results)

And then with that $11k... you can buy ads in the new & empty PV. Which will return another 155% real fast! And before you know it, your original $7k has more than doubled itself.

So there's really very little difference.

And anyone that disputes PayPal/Payza will lose & get their account banned + shares forfeited; as we can prove ad delivery. Which is what you purchased.

Bonus ad points are a bonus!
