its a simple thing:
1) ppl who focused on paidverts can not be forced to have shares in mtv..... they should decide where to be part of/where to invest in

2) jo can not force ppl to get their well earned BAP to be converted to a speculating market....where nobody can predict where the price will go....

Therefore...ppl have a value in BAP...earned....saved....and its a pretty cheating feature to pull them into a speculating share market......it makes no sense...absolutely no sense. This will be the death for paidverts...and the most refs ppl got signing up under them....

It is way of stealing, even if not direct.
It is taking users' money and forcing them to use another method with their own money even if they do not agree. I am shocked the way admin is handling our money. It goes forgotten that we primarly deal with people here.

Jo - you are handling others' People money here and doing with it what are you not allowed by the majority. Quite impressive that you still want to pull this off.

And what about referrals? Are you going to compensate to users what they invested for referrals? Do you even imagine how many People invested hard earned money? Not everying is in our Position. Again, shocking...

I was not reading forum for almost 2 days.

You wrote that after bap swap ad issue will be huge bigger than ever before but who will use PV? who will be enough BAP in pv?
I will tell you who will not have BAP in pv to click this HUGE issue.85% people who are using pv will not be able to come back to the group where they are right now.

There will not be anyone who will like buy share for BAP since everyone will have shares?
Which mean we will have to sell our shares for $0.03 current share price or wait few weeks 6,7 weeks till share price will go up to 0.11 to get our BAP back.This 6,7 weeks(I bet it will take longer) how much ads will we miss? how much money will we not make because of your swap?
Do you have an answer?

Your huge issue I will tell you who will enjoy that.5% people who have money and will be able to buy BAP and jump in to some group.All this 5% people( 5% it just my number from nowhere I think 95% will not be able to deposit or do not have money in mtv to come back to the level where they were before bap swap.

I do not like this idea at all you will make reach richer and poor poorer.
If that how you wanna build your business making poor poorer you are doing it right.

I am in 10 group and after bap saw I will buy BAP with my $ and will buy ad campaigns with paypal to jump to 9th group.After swap in 9th group I should make as much as now in 10th.

Some people will take advantage from this swap I think I will too but I am saying for all this people who are buying share for 230 and sell for $ for $0.03 it is silly but they are afraid of what you are doing.

So many people will not be able to deposit any money to be able to enjoy huge issue.They will lose so much BAP so much $.

I am happy with this idea bap swap should make me good money but this is because of those who are selling share for crazy price.

Anyway whatever you will do there would always be people happy and unhappy with your decision so if you are sure it will make pv rock in 2015 go for it.

Jo take care, I haven't read TOS but there are people that will read it carefully, they may sue you for this maybe, u're intentionally stealing the money, that's against any rule..
Personally I don't like this at all, but Jo gives 0 fucks anyways so ..

Well I dont have huge problems with this swap, BUT, the problem lies with Mike. He should not get ANY special treatmeant. I dont care how much cash he have "invested" in paidverts and MTV. No special treatment for mike. Thats just unfair.

Just a question. Will we still have our adfilter?

After a long hard work of clicking $0.0005, now I am in group 7 and dreaming to move towards next higher groups. But I cant believe what am I reading from Jo right now!!

Meh.....it's a good job I have little concern for money these days otherwise I'd probably be a little more stressed about it all. I'm thinking maybe take a 6 month holiday from MTV and come back and see where the shares are at and if there's likely to be any chance of selling any of them (can't see them being a) a reasonable price and b) enough people buying to be any sooner)....not sure I can stand seeing the huge ad issues that will be coming to PV every day and not being able to get any of them...sure, I'd be able to get a few dollars here and there for being in one of the lower groups but not enough to really make it worth the effort...again.

I can see why the swap is good and I can see the very long-term benefits but the 3-6 week timeline spoken about as being when the shares will be at $0.11 and above and you are able to profit from it is, as far as I am concerned, daydreaming....sure, the price may be that high but not enough people will be buying the shares for everyone to profit. So, if you aren't prepared to wait at least several months to get a reasonable return or have the ability to buy straight back into PV at a high level, then, well...

I got a great idea. How about change the stock market to where we can buy from whom ever we want in the top 5 listing. This would give the little investors a chance to actual make a profit cause it would kill all the big investors from whaling the market to their advanage.

Mike is not getting any special treatment. There is no rich/poor conspiracy going on here. All will benefit from this action. And nothing is required from you in order to do that, other than a bit of patience and common sense. ie. Don't firesell your shares today. Wait a week or two at least; and get a good price!

And if you get proactive, and take advantage of the unique opportunities this creates, you'll make more money. If you can only find $5 to invest; then so be it. Or if you can find a few thousand, you can become the next "brainy" and make hundreds of thousands of dollars in 2015 from a few thousand dollars well spent / well timed!

There is little choice in the matter here...
If we don't stimulate PV then our ad issues will bottom out. And it'll take forever to turn your BAP into cash. Everybody suffers in that scenario, as everything slows down... However, if you let me do my job & make you money. I have a proven mechanism to achieve that very quickly. And it's much better to speed everything up; that way we can rocket the development of our portfolio; our economy goes nuts. And everything saves time and does it's job like it's supposed to.

And once you've got lots of money in your pocket, you can dilly dally around, viewing as many ads as you like.

We are here to make money. It takes 3 month to get your 155%ROI with PV and all PV members are going to make money with shares. We are going to make money in the same amount of time and we do not have to click ads.

I do not know where is the problem? It is not better to just do nothing, then clicking ads every day?

Why all are making expeculations now that everything will be better?
Before the share split everybody said that we will have a good profit from them, i had buy 150 shares at 0.43 price, and look now, price is at 3 cent, where is the profit that all was talking about? ..

I think all the 'taking advantage of opportunity' is cute and how you say there is no difference between rich and poor...

What is not being mentioned is that the rich can 'take advantage of the opportunity', the poor cant, being that the 'taking advantage' will imply in investing even more. I can´t do it, sorry, I am poor and I am NOT going to take a loan in order to invest.

I am having my BAPs turned into shares and God knows when the price will be enough that I can have my BAPs back. I am being compelled to 'buy' a product I don´t want.

There´s no "opportunity" here for me. Only a month or so clicking 0.0005 ads if I want to get back to a respectable group, waiting for my shares to get to a price where it will be intelligent to sell them.

And worst of all is: if you consider all you´ve been telling us so far, IT´S NOT EVEN NEEDED. I would gladly accept the sacrifice if it were meant to keep PV rolling... but if I am to believe in your reports and in your '100% liquidity' information, there is not need for all that. We would keep rolling, maybe slower at first, but we would keep going.

Whatever. I am sure I will be called names and you will say I am 'whining' again. I just don´t understand why someone would want to make us fools, by posting asking our opinion and then the next day saying 'I will do it, you gotta get along with it, no choice"

So much for crowdmanaging.

Just remember great business man you can only debt swap so many time before the item this case stocks become worthless. Been through enough of these debt swap/restart programs to see it happen. I just hope you got some new products line up for us to make money that are farther along then the planning stages.

Jo it your own fault that everyone thinks Mike is going to get special treatment since you thought it would be a good idea to his name in a post and say I might have to figure out how to soften the blow for him. Seem a little bit strange that he was the first one of the big investors to sign on to this idea.

So far he is the only big investor I have seen sign on to it. So correct me if I am wrong does that not look like you two go some kind of deal going on behind the scenes.

I've been through 3 swaps, so I know the pro's and cons.

But I sold 600k+ shares to climb up from 1.5m to 50m BAP and I will receive 200k-250k shares in return... So I will lose at least 350k-400k shares due to the swap. It is easy to say we should sell them at $0.11 to receive the 155% return, in a downgoing market...

Also interesting to see that this "Plan B" went from a vague idea to fixed-and-no-return well designed plan in less than 7 hours.

denrulls3 I guess the plan is someone will by BAP and decide they like the idea of having their BAP converted into shares so much that they will be willing to buy them from us or there someone out there that not going to be effected by this bap swap and their job is to buy up shares with BAP.
