It is still paying. People will call scam in a paying site and a site where the Admin is communicating with the users daily even if they don't like what we hear. This is not the sign of a scam. I know cause i have seen many! I did keep 1000 for share panel access though. lol prices are over 0.05 again. And you can usually see that by their business plan. Plenty of pyramid schemes and matrix schemes that are still paying at the moment, doesn't really change what they are. Small PTCs, plenty of HYIP sites and similar - still paying atm. It's usually programs without any products that have "investment plans", so you're not really investing into anything. Advertising though I like as a service.
