I really hope someone can find the programming issues and get the sites running correctly. There has been so much invested into hardware that is not being utilized correctly at all. There should be no more excuses when it comes to hardware now. Find someone somewhere and pay them to get the replication working right once and for all.  The sharemarket changes are embarrassing it feels like it was just hack jobbed together with basically zero effort or testing before being put into use.  PaidVerts needs to be delivering way more traffic with as much advertising as its selling. Until the database replication and server locks are fixed ads cannot be delivered fast enough. There are just about 195 million click to deliver. Ad delivery in my opinion should have been #1 priority months ago. It is absolutely absurd to me to let PaidVerts get up to nearly 195,000,000 Undelivered clicks. The $0.0005 value ads need a shorter timer then instead of an Ad Grid type game maybe make them more like adprize on neobux. If someone wants to surf 1000 sites regardless of ad filter give everyone that option. Let ads go through recycler 25+ times then move those hits to an exchange capable of delivering the traffic faster. The vast majority of people will not spend 30 seconds to view an ad with a value of $0.0005.  I do not enjoy making posts like this some will like it some wont. So normally I don't even post in daily news but I saw colosander's critical post and I had to log in to say that I agree with him entirely (although yes, peanutdude has been pretty much saying what colosander has been saying for a long period of time but it's nice that someone with a huge stake in Jo's business is speaking out). A bit of an unpopular opinion first, but this is why I like that there is a lack of moderators: if there were moderators, I'm pretty sure the moderator would freak out and delete such critical posts. Don't believe me? Go to any other PTC site forum or place where you can earn money online, and try to be critical; you'll have a high chance of being banned with your account suspended or something for some bullshit reason. I wish I was joking but I'm serious.  As to this so-called "assistant" a lot of members are bringing up, I think that's somewhat unnecessary. Or at the very least, only needed temporarily because he did say he wanted the shareholder panel to be good enough to be able to moderate the whole MTV business - so that all of MTV monitors the whole of MTV with users with more shares being the ones with more power. And if you disagree, technically everyone behind the scenes (slosumo comes to mind) as well as the others are already doing the job of the "assistant". So all that needs to be done for that is to improve the shareholder panel. I find it strange that many people want Jo to pick 1 random person to become an assistant, when so many of us here are being quite participatory and we already have a developing shareholders panel where all users with 1000 shares can help out. But back to what colosander was saying, I honestly think if slosumo hadn't joined and helped out, things would be a lot worse and pending cashouts would've taken much longer and much more problems. I know that every business owner wants their business to be successful but I do see the angle where there is a lot of wasted potential at the moment. Particularly at this moment with the you know: the forced BAP swap. New users are coming in, and many old users are repurchasing a lot of ads. And Jo decides to pick such a critical time to buy a freakin' house?! Like come on. And then using that as an excuse? I mean it's great you've got a house Jo, but stop using stuff that comes up in life as an excuse. Next thing you know, will the whole of MTV have to halt growth just because Jo buys a new car? Or has to go out to a party?  I have to agree that since early December, I've found it underwhelming and really frustrating clicking on ads. Instead of waiting until the last few hours to extend the ads by 1 day because of the current captcha errors, why not extend it for a week? To be honest, it's so uncertain whether the ads are going to be extended on time, that I just clicked all my 80+ ads over several hours to get it over and done with because there seems to always be something that comes up. Anyway, not everything is doom and gloom, but  I just needed to vent my frustration because after all the hype of a fresh start for 2015, and that there will be big ad issues and yadda yadda, this is quite underwhelming. Especially since a lot of the major issues that members have been complaning about for months haven't been fixed.
