If the last 7 days revenues are short, then after 7 days the FTP clear speed will be short. Also, depends on the FTP amount. First of all, comments like "build your own site, than you can manage it by yourself" and "go to another hyip/ptc if you don't like it here", are really nonsense. I have chosen for this site, because of the transparant concept, the sustainability (by debtswaps), the open admin and the great community here (although forum is really a mess).  Nobody can tell me he has seen in another place what we have here.. And that is pretty much something that is achieved by Jo and his team of programmers around him. But it doesn't mean, we shouldn't mute our concerns. As there are, and always will be, things that could go better or we want to see different. And that what something I just wanted to address. As december wasn't our best month, with lots of problems, bugs, stagnation and eventually the BAP-debtswap. And offcourse we cannot only have "good" months, some are just better than others. But after such a month, we expect our 'Captain Jo' to really commit himselves this month, to really show the members, YOU, that the swap was really a great idea.. I am really convinced about that, as the last swap in Jan '14 already turned out to be a great one, but newer members should be convinced about that as well ASAP! Then we really will snowball our growth into 2015. But for that, I for example cannot understand that cashouts are not be done in the last 5 days. I know it allows up to 7 days, but almost right after a swap delaying cashouts isn't the best thing in my opinion. Cashouts will give members and potentially new members the confidence that there is nothing wrong with the site. And offcourse I know the bugs, like Captcha and ad purchases, are just coincidence, but it is frustrating if we hardly get any updates about it. Another one said we now have daily results of $20.000+ with spikes of $50.000+, which proves Jo is doing great. Yeah, that is great, but how come it is so fluctuating? I rather have stable results of $35000 all the days slightly growing into the $40K, $45K, $50K, etc. We really need to have more consistency here. Like daily news around the same time, ad issues around the same time, etc. Especially daily news was going pretty well lately, always just after the new server day. We need more of that.   Meanwhile Jo is busy with his house, which is understandable, but according to you guys it is the only thing you can think about at that moment. Well, first of all, I don't agree with that. I moved on my own 2 years ago, and still managed to work, study, sport and hang out with my friends and girlfriend, together with moving into the house, buying stuff, decorating, furnishing, etc. Second of all, Jo could have better thought about this, to not move in this month, or only moving after the internet is working well, etc. If you have an online business like this one, I think a service like internet must be the number 1 criteria when moving to another house/around the world. Or, as suggested, create a bigger team around you. Someone else than Carlos. The hiring of Slosumo is a good example of that. He already showed his value for Jo and MTV. And there are more guys like him around here..  Because now the excuse is moving to a new house, but in november it was travelling to Brazil/Rio, in december it was a wild west adventure in Paraguay, next week it is a trip to NYC (you really think you can just walk into such companies without an appointment? I doubt it, but please prove me wrong), etc. And to people saying it is nonsense to criticize on Jo, because he is honest and have built a transparant system etc. I don't think it is nonsense. I am just honest about my feelings for this website. Don't forget without the money from us - the community - the websites could not have been around as well, and in that way, we are still paying Jo to do what is best for all of us.  Most people know me as harsh most of the time, which has been said in this news a few times, but don't confess that with honesty. I am just saying what I think, and it doesn't matter to me if it is against the guy with the traffic value of a peanut or Jo. Most of the times it is just in the best interest of MTV & PV. I like to read your reactions again. (ps. 1 note to some people who really don't understand it well: It was NOT because it was a small issue day. I don't have any bap, so I don't care about that in particular, it was just about the lack of news/info for the complete business.
