Have a little patience and faith in Jo. If any of you knows better how to create and run such website then why don't you do that?

While I agree that Jo needs to have a team to support him, a few things need consideration.

1) Are the people reliable? If they are not and something gets messed up then people will scream SCAM! JO IS UNFAIR!
2) Are the people trustworthy? If they are fake and they start to steal money then people will scream SCAM! JO STOLE OUR MONEY!
3) Are the people technologically and properly connected? If not then people will scream SCAM! JO IS MESSING WITH US!
4) Are the people clear in communication? If not then people will scream SCAM! JO SAID ONE THING AND DID ANOTHER THING!
5) AND SO ON!

So... selecting the right people takes time. If it was magical then so were the last 7 days of 2015 with everyone screaming JO! WE LOVE YOU! BEST BUSINESS ON EARTH!

Well... there is no magic, only faith and a luxury reserved to only the few who can appreciate it! With faith, miracles happen! Amen!

@killa07

I have done that, and still didn't miss anything.  It's called having to go the extra mile.

Back when I used to sell bread at farmer's markets in California.  I used to drop off 2 markets (both out of my way), then go to my market, then come back and pick up the money and any leftovers at 1 of the markets. (markets are usually 4 to 6 hours, but you are there early).

One Saturday, I blew a tire driving 75 on Highway 60 (the whole tire came right off the rim), I pulled over to the side, (a chp officer came by and said he never saw that before).  I called a tow truck, got towed 20 miles to a gas station about 2 blocks from the 1st drop off, forgot it was a holiday weekend, so the garage was closed.  I jumped back in the van, drop on the rim 2 blocks to the market, unloaded, drove on the rim 3 more blocks to another gas station, about 2 hours it took them to find a tire, then I drove to my market with the remain 2 markets, had to carry everything about 100 feet into the market, sold what I could, then drove back to the 1st market and picked up, and drove back to the bakery to unload and give them their money.

A few years later, I had my own business, and when I moved into my new warehouse, I didn't miss a single market, and each night spent 8 hours scrapping and painting and laying new tile, in order to get it to pass health inspection in order to use it.

When running a business, you need to think about what is most important, and in all businesses that deal with customers, it is the customer that should be the most important thing.

Yes, moving into a new house is time consuming, but with how this site is setup, the weekend should have been the time to do the move.

In my opinion the first person Jo should hire is an HR Specialist. This specialist must then find the talent we need, and at the same time make sure all the checks and balances are in place. This person can then also monitor employee performance and fire when needed.

Nicely said colasander (amount of likes on your post says everything).
There's some people here talking about Jo like he's a god's gift or something. Yeah, this is the best online program at the moment but it can surely fall down right away if users lose their trust. I am not talking about those users who have been in this program for months. I am talking about those beginners, without new users this site is doomed.

If you are a rookie hardly understanding anything, and you see that you have captcha problem for 3 days you will probably leave this site, and that's not good. This site needs to grow to survive. Jo is doing really well but he has to focus for a bit. Also, we have to provide more stuff for our members, we need to develop!

@NCONRADIE

I agree. But...

Thats why he will need to examine seriously all CV sent to him. Its easy to see when a person is qualified for a job and who is not with an evaluation grid. I have hired many assistants and it is not difficult to distinguish the needed qualified ones for a specific job from those who arent. Then we do an interview to check a few more things. Thats all.

Now we know Jo was not right. He said people will complain if he did a smaller issue than yesterday and therefor he did a very small one and no one complain about it being small.

Well I for one do not want Jo to pick just anybody to take over when he has other issue to address. Everyone  talks about being scammed at one time or another. Well just imagine what could happen if Jo doesn't due his due diligence in hiring that person criminal back ground check and credit back ground checks getting all this done will take time and that is fine by me. I can put up with interruptions and delays for as long as it takes Till Jo makes that decision to bring on an assistant or  personal to handle payments and such. The last thing I want to see posted by Jo is some took off with all the money. Just saying this is something to think about...

as i said he need 1 more, but there are some stuff more important still in life, he send ads he said why he cant post more and when he will. As far as i remember he told as all in every daily, but now 2 days he didnt write much and its all wrong. And programmers still should be working on that problems even if he has not much time, the more time he has, the more he can push them but that is all.
and if you check they did some improvements, mega and mini now works together, fixed error , please try another one when watching ads, site speed increased(it was very slow at 1st after bap swap, when all try to purchase), new way of buying shares they find problem with capcha, they just need to fix it now smile and probably i missed some other stuff . its getting better , december was so bad that looks like many of you totally lost faith in Jo. slow and steady is key for victory wink and it looks like its going this way

Just to print it in black. Future businees should not be based on, what people did in their past, but what they can do in future. A CV is not the most important thing. I often teach leaders to choose the ones who are a bit skeptic about how things are running, because they want change and get better results. In Denmark we say - dont choose the "clap-hats".

We need people with guts, visions (matching Jo´s), and a lot of dedication.

If Jo says, it is not important that big ads are sent every day, he also states - to the members, that it is not important that they are serious every day, and that it is not important to work hard to get better results tomorrow. Its a bit bad communications, in my point of view.

I´m online every day - and a lot. Everywhere I go, I make sure that I can do my things better tomorrow.

I think we need invent some way to control all cashouts because we all are losing money due to exploits and hackers.
The easiest way for now without any need of programming is to find trusted people who will get list with cashouts to check and they will check and give a short comment.

@Beljalex,

Tell me, which one of these complainers should Jo trust to run his business behind his back?

What I think you guys should do is go work on colsander's site since he is running such a perfect business and will pay you $10,000 per day. I think he will have to put up with the complainers who will find something to complain about because they are only getting $10,000 per day

I have nothing against suggestions and advice to Jo.  But I am going to be more gracious/give leeway toward Jo.  For me personally, (and this is coming from someone with a specialized skill that made my employer millions over and above the next average guy in my industry) , I'm just going to leave him alone when it comes to a demanding attitude.

The results speak for themselves. No one else has built something similiar. Potential-wise(shares bought at their low Feb 2014 and then held for future years), is there a single other easy way to make more money in internet land?  I guess my overwhelming gratitude for this "needle-in-a-mountain-of-haystacks-opportunity" is just going to cause me to sit back and know Jo will come through as he always has. smile
