Take it serious here. Cashouts haven't been done for days! Bulk ads again disabled. We are getting logged out every 3 minutes. Bugs are everywhere (not to speak of captcha). The percentages of the daily issues are hardly adjusted. And so on and so on. Meanwhile you are hardly updating us.  You wanted a big, bigger, biggest in 2015? Work for it! You are not getting $10 million dollars with only saying, "hmmm my internet will be working as from tomorrow evening". Well, go to an internet cafe, your neighbours or whatever, and start focussing again.  We all want growth, and I think you want growth in the first place. So come on! This is already the case since your move to Brasil.. So it is not only for the last couple of days, but for a longer period. Offcourse, you are a smart guy, have built a beautiful empirium, are the best communicating admin on the internet, but we cannot close our eyes if things aren't rolling as supposed to just because you are 'the king'. We all have to deal with work/study combined with other things like searching for a house/car/girlfriend/wedding locations/etc, so this cannot be used as an excuse. I hope you agree. Ive written many times about Jo's lack of professionnalism. Yes he is really a clever guy but not a good businessman and he doesnt seem to realise that he absolutely needs a strong steady team on which he can rely to bring PV/MTV on a higher level. Junior programmers, as good as they are, is not a complete team. I dont know who is his business mentor but I would certainly not let him/her give me advices...  How big investors could be interested if site cannot run easily and reliably? What about members satisfaction? There is so much little things to be done to have a great professional site and he doesnt care about really good members suggestions. I want grow as you pointed out and he does. But he has to react and stop acting like a teenager.
