How about we go with cabyscorner's idea that if it Jo doesn't process the daily ads by a certain hour, it is automatically processed. That way the ads are processed and we are happy and Jo doesn't have to worry about it. Jo can always adjust the figures either up or down the next day or even the day after. We don't really need a daily news everyday, so Jo could even take Saturdays off completely. I kind of understand why Jo manually issues the Ads each day (it forces him to manually examine the company assets each day), but surely someone could write a script to do it for him, even if it issued a little short just for safety's sake. I mean come on... does he issue recycled ads, BAP ads or 1% ads? No, a script does. [I'm not really complaining, though. Search for the member's name, then go to his BAP history. Open the ad you'd like to check and you'll get something like this: https://www.paidverts.com/campaign_issue-270772032.html. You can then read the logs regarding the ad. The link I posted pertains specifically to the $10 ad that was recycled by error. So when someone claims that they've been waiting for 5 days, you can tell them that they've only been waiting for 3 days.  2. Flag cashouts from suspicious accounts.  3. Check the records of any member.  4. You can see the site's Cash balance list. 5. If you have 10K shares, you can edit ad campaigns that are in violation of the TOS but you'll need approvals from 2 other members. Some of the information is done automatically. ie.  the 5% from yesterday and 5% from the day before. Jo manually inputs any other money ie, any PV shares sold and PV FT payments. The script then calculates the number of members in each group (Jo can manually adjust the percentages of each group depending on how many are in each group). Then the script shows Jo how much each group is going to earn. Then Jo manually inputs the number of ads for each group (and possibly he is allowed to adjust values of each ad). Then he hits ok, and the script starts the cron to make the ads for each group and sends them. There appears to be a pause button, as he has on occasion stopped the ads while the ads for the groups where still being uploaded to the cronjob. This takes around 15 minutes. The FT payments are automatically figured, and all Jo needs to do is hit the execute button to apply them. The biggest amount of time for Jo (not really), is to decide to either put the 50% from bulk ad purchases into the 250 plan or buy shares for PV. I knew how to check the user, it was the rest that I didn't know. Thanks. Now I have to learn how to flag a payment. She is unable to sign into  MTV for about a week now. She has tried to reset her password and that didn't work either. And now tonight she is unable to sign into paidverts as well as MTV. It seems that the password reset is not working for her. She sent a ticket and your reply said to post the issue on the forum. However she can't log in to the forum to post the issue.
