And no, I don't think the percentages will pay a higher group more than a lower group--BUT--the question is, will the available funds allow for the members in each group to buy the maximum number of ads daily? Not without additional funds injected from other sources, be they larger slices from FTQs or people investing out of pocket. Do you really think this is a good deal for PV? Or for the members who have no interest in shares or FTQ? Do you really think limiting ad sales in a program that is ostensibly in the business of selling advertising makes good business sense? Oh, please. That would make about as much sense as our kettle corn company setting up at the rodeo (as we did this week) and telling people we would only be selling 500 of each size bag. If we were selling a product like an exotic or collectible, then limiting sales would be a viable business model--because "limited editions" are more valuable. But we are selling advertising--and good luck finding any advertising sales company, online or offline, that limits how much you can buy. I buy a LOT of advertising for our businesses, and I can assure you that quite the opposite is true--Facebook, our local paper, trade magazines, etc., consistently try to push larger and larger packages, not the other way around. I didn't even try to climb groups since the previous swap.  And the last swap was a failure, doing the same thing is definitely not a good idea. Something has to be changed. So we need to at least try. And you are talking advertising here. Well buy cheap ads, those cost less than the bulk ads. Or wait for targeted advertising.  I don't see Facebook's ads creating a dept of any kind... You are comparing apples to oranges here. Heck, no. As a rule, businesses try to avoid creating debt--because debt slows real growth. A business may assume a lot of temporary debt to get ahead--like buying an office building to expand, or getting a big loan for product development. But that's as far as it goes. Jo refers to PV and the games as "products"--and products are supposed to create profit, not debt. It only being ignored because there are priorities and that already has its place amongst them. It is members who spread fear through emotionalism and not a fully educated opinion that also cause the bad feeling in the air here. I didnt come here to learn I just want money and ads.  Well reality check .. at the heart of all this is a crowdfunding platform for Jo's ideas, the offices, the programmers, the future business that has been JO'S dream that he HAS gotten off his back side and worked to achieve,pv is just a piece of his puzzle here .. and we are helping that and those who have patience and a few smarts have and will also benefit from this. We have been invited into HIS dream, like it or not. Judge what you think is business all you like but until you are as successful online ... best suggestion is "and close that mouth and open your mind" Some people here have done well from NO out of pocket expenses. I have put in a substantial amount (for me) in both PV & MTV. Lucky for me the timing was ok, not the best and not the worst ... and I realise there are members who are going to have to learn another level of patience... its hard not to be emotional where money is concerned and when you had plans then to find out theres a change to that. Begging and moaning does nothing but get you overlooked and put down even in real life, just as it really does nothing in here except fulfil your own self imposed important needs.  Before people go and "think" they know how easy things are to fix ... just remember you are not walking in the shoes of the people who are providing this opportunity for us. Your choice to take a risk trying to earn money online. It sucks when things dont go to plan and things have to change, but not every hiccup is worthy of being called scam which many instantly do due to the nature of the beast online earning can be. In a perfect world we would get everything we want, but I have observed that many demand without giving very much in time to reading and learning the system. They sign up and go wheres the big ads?  Last swap we all bitched and moaned about no notice... I even had my say, over a few things but since then it has proven to make me PROFIT.  Sure go throw me in the "you're just a mod, your word is not worth listening to because I barely speak and you imagine some fantasial connection between myself and the admin/programmers" fire if you want to. I wont argue with you if you want to believe something you have no facts to base it on. We could use a different perspective in here than the dooms dayers opinions, part educated guesses  and hypothetical mathematical equations and as for the shares  I know "the shares" are scary. I didnt want to deal with shares either when I first joined. I hated the way Jo did things in my early days, just as many of you are hating right now. , still not keen in some things BUT he has shown by this notice that he DOES listen to what we say. Now hes in a position where he's damned by you if he does and damned by another lot if he doesn't. Put yourself in his shoes before throwing demands and judgement into public. How would you respond to yourself if you came at YOU like you attack/demand/slander others? And still I challenge anyone who thinks they can do better to actually lead the way for us. Go make our big ad spitting money machine if you can. Now since I did get shares  I went through a share split ... which increased my shares 10x .... to over 300 I went through another share split ... which increased my shares 10x ... to over 50K  We just recently got given 1 share for every 19 we had ... thanks to having over 60k shares MTV gave me another 3800 shares  This is not counting the "small change" I used from ad earnings to purchase more and put into the fast track.  Knowing the situation with Paidverts low ads, lack of paypal and the looming swap I just went and bought 6M BAP worth of shares = just over 12k of them and when the swap happens with the fast track queue I will end up with very close to if not = to 100k shares.  What does this matter to you?  In this time I have seen the price hit 48 cents not once but TWICE!!! I joined 9 of may 2014. I have done nothing special.. and although Im not a complete idiot .. Im no geek and I have STILL made a profit here.  Those who ask WHO would buy shares at those prices? I giggle when I see some speculating this at 20 cents ... LOTS of people would. New members underestimate the value of what they have in their accounts here due to what we have been used to. Do I think I will see it again ... yes I do hence why I made the move I did in the face of all this. DO I expect it to reach that in 2 months, no ... I envision between 4-6 months .. but hey I understand most people cannot be so patient.  When you have little patience you lose alot in life, not just with money. Ok granted there should probably be a better way so new members learn the aspects of PV & MTV sooner rather than letting them remain ignorant thinking they are just in any old PTC but expecting big dollar ads for little effort. I havent seen many put there hands up yet some of the haters have the skills to do so. That problem also arises in the fault of people who I have seen making misleading ads also, but there is no way you can expect for it to be reasonable request to ask for your money back just because you did not do your own full due diligence before spending the money and when you are spending online you are taking risk, NOTHING in life is guaranteed no matter how hard you promise. Remember that, and remember that Jos words are not promises. get to know Jo .. he throws his ideas out there to us as a fishing exercise.  There needs to be more use of brains over emotions here. Its not the end of the world, the sky is not falling, the door is not closing.  People are panicking over some growing pains that have been outlined and outlined.  I do not dispute how any of you "feel" about the situation right now. There are some who will lose through lack of patience or knowledge. Getting on the money board in that game is very easy--and your 5 cent bet gets you back a minimum 6 cents on the money board. I routinely hit near the top as well--typically 11 cents and a fraction, though I once got 17 cents. Table games are a crock--3 towers works.
