We can't sell shares for BAP either. So, IF all 80,000 supposed users are still here--AND they all buy ads every day--that's 400,000.00. SO--4,000 to 1% mini, 40,000 to FTQ, 40,000 to some other plan, 20,000 to tomorrow's ad issue-- that leaves 20,000 for the day's ad issue, plus any plans that matured in the FTQ, which will move quickly at first, since everyone is limited to putting in 10.00 a day. OR it might not if people don't have cash. So figure MAYBE 80,000 for an ad issue, divided between 2 groups--since some people will play BAP games if that's allowed and get lucky, others will lose at games, etc. Let's keep it real simple and say the money is split 50/50-- 40,000 for each group. This is where things get interesting--because if both groups have the same number of people, then everyone would get 1.00. BUT, first, the groups won't have the same number, AND the groups won't get the same percentage--for instance, let's say you have 78,000 in group 1 and 2,000 in group 2--so group 1 gets 99% of the money, group 2 gets 1%. So group one ends up getting a little over 1.01 a person. Meanwhile, in group 2, you have 2000 users splitting 1600 dollars--80 cents each and a lot of screaming. The one big plus to this is we SHOULD have, barring issues, extremely regular ad issues in terms of size--since everyone will be doing everything they can to buy the maximum ads to get BAP. BUT--IF NONE OF US ARE MAKING 1.05 A DAY--and that is very possible--WE ARE ALL FORCED TO INVEST OUTSIDE FUNDS AGAIN IF WE DON'T HAVE A LOT OF CASH IN OUR ACCOUNTS. Depending on how he does the percentages, he could basically guarantee that everyone either gets just under 1.05 a day--so we are losing ground unless we give him more money--or just pennies over, so we can never gain.  If we don't all go into this swap with cash heavy accounts, we will have no real way to move up without selling shares for a pittance, or investing more fresh cash--and if nobody can buy ads, we'll be clicking all the undelivereds for .0005 until they are gone or refunded, and never getting anywhere. As someone who has already clicked almost 15,000 ads here, I am NOT thrilled with the thought of clicking for hours, for nothing, or at a loss, so to speak. If JO keeps the limits on stuff for too long, none of us will be able to get anywhere. I don't know about you, but it's bad enough I had to bust my tail twice to get to group 8. Now, JO is dropping me back to 0--and basically making sure that no matter how dedicated a clicker I am , my rewards will only come at his convenience, on his terms. He is punishing success every time he pulls a swap--that never works. J-man doesn't want people to be able to convert their remaining BAPS to cash. Hence NO ADS due to so called cron problem. Very little ad delivery until the SWAP. This way all the money is locked into PV/MTV and gets eaten up by the really greedy BAP-SHARE MONSTER and then a tiny fraction is then spewed back out to feeders of MTV/PV. This then means that if anyone wants to get back in early they have to off-load their stuff really really cheap and at a loss. OR... the other choice is to bring some fresh food to the table and this means re-investing new clean money back into MTV/PV. OOOOH My wicked mind has run wild again. I don't know if you remember, but months ago, there used to be something called "milestones", BAP wise. I hadn't been a member long, hadn't even known about them--just happy clicking. When JO took them away, he said in his comment that they had to go--since "free members" were "leaching on the system". That stuck with me--because a REAL PTC lives and dies on free members. Upgrades, etc., are gravy--it is the free members spending hours clicking ads for a few pennies that keep a site going. And even at that point, look who he was punishing--the people who busted their tails and spent money to get referrals, the people like me who clicked our way through those 1800-2000 ad recycle packs. Yes, we didn't put in money--but we put in something worth far more--TIME. people spent hours introducing PV to new members, hours and hours clicking--and he called us leaches. And in a news post just a few days ago, he literally said he DIDN'T CARE ABOUT THE BIG INVESTORS--right after he scheduled his swap so that the 200% plans that were due to mature (over 1 million dollars' worth) wouldn't have to be paid. He told the people that threw thousands of dollars into this he didn't care about them--now he says he is after the "millions of small investors"--FOR MTV. PV was NEVER intended to be anything more than a revenue source and forced funnel for MTV. Why do you think we all got BAP swapped? to force us to use MTV--and so the inexperienced could get fleeced and lose their shirts and shares in the share market.  And NOW--we are getting fleeced again. HE has set it up so we are basically forced to use MTV for gains--the 170% percent plan and the share market, and the games--or give him more money. HE wants the "little guys" now, for MTV to bring a flood of 1.00 bills into his 170% percent plan to keep it moving, and to PV so they can start at rock bottom again, with the rest of us, patiently clicking to earn that first dollar--to give it back to him. Does the term "indentured servitude" ring a bell? And if you'd like to lay odds on how long until the next swap, what our efforts will be devalued to, and whether or not that one will include cash balances, I'd be happy to place a wager. Because both MTV and PV are flawed models--they will NOT survive without a constant influx of cash, or actual products that people outside of our member base will use or buy. And those flaws don't happen by accident. And he is not getting another penny of my money . I am following my plan, and will go into this swap worth 0 bap, a lot of shares, and having done some profit taking to recover my initial investments. From there I will decide what's next. I am curious to see how the math predictions my other half and I have been playing with here at home, in private, will play out against the real life model. For example, I don't think that from day 0 we will have 80000 user with BAPs, quite the contrary. Second, I assume Jo will pump into the ad issue some of the system money, as a carrot, as he always has done.  And I totally agree with you that, come swap day, you should be at the starting block with some cash. And the all swap exercise is always be aimed to raise some external money from the user base. That's because so many people still consider it a Ponzi (I personally don't think so).   To be honest, if you look from a general POV, all businesses are ponzi's. Any business aims to get more moeny from their user base, either via services or products And Crystalia, we are just talking not arguing or anything.
