1. We will be swapping all BAP & FTQ investments for shares, at a rate no higher than $0.35/share, between the following dates: Mar 30th - Apr 2nd.

price is 0.35, its decided.

5. When we initiate the swap, we will be limiting 170/200/250 plan investments for 60days. $1-$10/day per user for 170 + 250 plans. And $1-$250/day per user for the 200 plan.
* 250 Plan Upgraded users will have their upgrades extended by 60days, as a result of this limitation.
* The 240% plan upgrades will be exempt from these limitations.
Well this says it all ... I'm one of those who bought 250 Plan due to "Hyped up drama" & I'm feeling so great now.. JUST SO GREAT...

Thanks for the update Jo. I am not to worried. I figure us all starting out at the bottom again in PV is fine with me. I also have told both of my active referrals what was going to happen, and they understand it and are happy with it. I would recommend that many folks talk with their referrals as well about what is going to happen.

Hello everyone.Just have one question.
Are shares gona reach more than 0,35 in the near future?i mean,we are changing them for this but if we sell it at anything under 0.35 we're gonna take a loss.I expect 3 months before price goes up again.3 months of a few cents from dividends and no ads .Really,this sucks.

Wow, Great News!!

I guess it is better to start shares BAP limitation immediately as it will stabilize the BAP share price and attract people to turn their BAP into shares and reduce debts.

I also want to ask you about the PV/MTV financial backup for the growing debts until BAP swap?

Of course it will need time to reach 0.35$, noone know it will reach again that price. Propably yes but noone know how much time does it need or will it be like that for 100%

True is everyone who has cash and didn`t invest in any FTQ is in much better situation because exactly after debt swap he will be able to invest in very fast returning FTQ plans and he will earn many times more than we will because we will need to wait few months or more to get our investments back because in our case worth of shares will have to reach that 0.35$ or almost half of it to don`t lost anything. In situation someone has 250% investment he will have to wait until price for share will get to 0.14$ to get what they invested. It is making us very unfair

@alkis2011 it’s correct if you sell your shares at this price but if you want to get back your 9,935$ you have to wait that the worth of share is 0.35. It’s just "funny"

people have to be realistic we won’t see 0.35$...

I think its logical too set 700. Because after the 60 days of suspend in the SHARE/BAP market. A lot of people will attempt too climb for higher groups .Hence, 1 share might sell for 800 ~900 BAP as the cash price hike.

hey guys i have 340000 baps in my account now when to invest in shares cant understand the bap market is going crazy it reached 350 baps now what to do ...and what is debt swap price 0.35$ please explain this?

I got one question for Jo,

250% plan members already bought it spending $500 fee. And for 200% plan the fee is $1000. howcome there's such a difference like 25 times more investment capacity for 200% plan investors with these limitations than 250% plan members? Just for the sake of attract new investors for 200% & to give them this kinda jump start while letting 250% plan members rot in the gutter for 2 months, how justifiable is this ?

I really need an answer for this please.

exchange your BAP for share now and sell them before it reaches resistance point (approximately in the mentioned price of $0.35..

is crazy bap exchange 700 shares . We will not make a profit in many months now which sold its shares to 300 bap , one month after trying to level up , so I removed all that work at a stroke . That strong .
