I mentioned the lottery option earlier in this thread, but with a limited number of entries per person. I like 'em both. I'm not knocking either one of them. I have to play devil's advocate sometimes so that I can think about all possible angles of any option. Besides, it's not like I'm the one making the decision on this.

I think both of your ideas are good. I think, especially for the "little" fish, having some additional income from referrals, be however small it is, would be a welcomed boost for the day.

if this idea I like is something like working wikipedia if mtv tubiese a section where everybody can contribute a little work and then that work is paid for and approved by some shareholders might have small sections of programming, to introduce parts code, or any other, all in a very simplified way divided very specific tasks, such as work style to development systems like linux open source, wikipedia etc

divide and conquer!

Push the delete on those. I had to do that with a few of mine, because Paidverts didn't take credit cards through Payza. So instead I had to fund payza then go back to paidverts to rebuy ad packs. So you never payed for them, delete them.

So Marc want to use the "referral idea" from a member who posted it in brainstorm section. But there's no mentioning of that member getting compensated for that. So my question is are we feeding our ideas to MTV for free?. I remember Jo said we'll get a percentage of profits, does that still apply?

Marc what is your mandate on that?

It was me who suggested that in the famous topic, "marc's next moves". It is getting real now.
Yes, we are suggestion it for free, for the goodness of mtv. this a crowd-funding platform, we can also be a crowd-braining platform all together if we do not preserve our ideas to ourselves.
If an idea gets real, we will benefit from it indirectly.

I think that we need a page of tasks that programmers are work on and a date when they need to finish them.
So after a month we will see what is done and what will be done in near future.

I have also suggested this couple of months ago.
I also suggested that users could have the possibility to vote for the priority of different programming tasks (more votes = higher up in the to-do-list). This could actually be even profitable for MTV.

MARC i believe you but buddy make sure you don't break our hope as along with me there are a lot of people who put their hard earned money into MTV/PV and wait for a quiet long time to get a certain amount atleast with no loss
