I think we don't need any superman with a lot of super ideas like you as a CEO. We just need a 'normal' guy with common sense, leadership spirit, and a healthy working behaviour.

Thanks for the good news, but you thought about reducing the minimum of shares to be a majority shareholder from 50 milion to something more 'achievable' like (let's say) 25/30 milion shares? maybe it could encourage someone to make a big investment.

I agree with all the terms and I would like to say that I'm not against your '5 milion shares every 3 months' because I think that a big responsability like being the CEO of MyTrafficValue deserves a big reward.
But if the objective is being a 'majority shareholder' you may think (with Carlos) to reduce the minimum necessary instead of taking the shares from the portfolio account until reaching the required amount.

Again, it isn't a complain against your 'reward' or 'salary' for your hard work. It's just a suggestion. I'm ok with all the terms and I think all of those are fair.

PS. So sad what is hapenning with Jo... :/

SAnyone easily ,

Ten of these projects 7-8 of them would be IT only 3 left ones would be real product made or real services provided to everyday consumer

How i would handle them ?, easy im used to this kind of work Phone , email , webcam , i could travel for really important things but for easier ones its just MTV people money , i would prioritize them like this first would be shares because MTV is based on people and peoples trust everyone who was affected by swap and jo actions

1.50-70% of Jo shares would be given to all affected people by jo swaps they would be given as bonus and every month u could only trade 10% of them till 10 -1 year period example you receive 100 shares u can only sell 10 of them this month , second month 20% and so go on till limit is gone , this way people will cheer up more people will come in get more revenues , and we will be as people of our word in front of them but if we take all shares for our wages its stupid

and other projects i cannot tell anything because dont wanna leak any project who are profitable whats point if Marc can use it and make money from it ?.

in my view being paid in shares is almost not being paid. What do you want guys? He is saying he will work and will be paid in a year (when he will be able to sell the shares) and even after a year he wont receive his full salary, as selling those huge amount of shares is not that easy.

Personally i would reduce the amount of shares (maybe we could reduce the minimum shares to be majority shareholder, as eric proposed) and pay him a lilttle bit in cash.

A CEO MUST be well paid. IMHO i would not invest in a company that even the CEO is not earning enough to make a good living.

Long live to MTV, long live to Marc, and great earnings for everybody.

Now we have a CEO that wont earn ANYTHING if we fail. Thats great.

I asked for precise actions so you show that you'd really know what to do as a CEO.

What you have there are big plans. What I'm asking for is the steps for those plans. You also threw in something that seems more fitting for your curriculum vitae than in an answer to what I requested.

Don't know if anybody said it yet, but basically Marc is being paid with I.O.U.'s

It it is purely result based pay. If he succeeds, he, and us, get a huge payday. If he fails, Marc and the rest of us get the few bucks we make along the way.
I know if I was paid that way, I would bust my ass every day until the job was done and I got paid!
Oh, wait, that is how I get paid... but irregardless, this is a Win-Win.

a few questions i still have that has not been asnwered as far as i know now.

Will we see anything from the referrals in the daily results?
Where can we find the profits from the tasks we got added a few months ago ?
Are there any dividents paid out this week ?

He states clearly the company is PERFECTLY WELL
That an hypotesis.... if the company doesn´t do well, he gets nothing, that is all that is being said.

You should find a project manager to guarantee that programmers deliver products within the time frame planned and the cost below budget. Just a guess

I like 99.9% of what I read. The only thing that I wish was a little different is how Jo's referrals are being handled. I understand the bidding and everything. I just wish the "little" guy had an opportunity to have a chance at referrals for a day. Now we are going to have all the big pockets bidding and constantly winning the referrals for a day.

$500 may seem small for some, but the "little fish" will be EASILY outbid by someone with larger pockets. Maybe a lottery with a limited number of entries for each person would have given someone a chance.

and before someone goes on here being critical, these are my opinions. I am not stating law or writing a book.

Other than that concern, I like what I read.

MarcdeKoning - Administrator i'm glad that you are the new CEO of MTV/PV

I believe and hope that you will bring MTV/PV on the right track again the way it was before but to make it even better for everyone in the process.I'm starting to believe in you.
to be honest I did trust Jo at the beginning because he seems like a nice guy but after reading the news about him and on his FB my view of him as a good guy change.
there were other sites that did claim that he was a scammer but still I have refuse to believe that he wasn't one.But in the end it all showed that he was and still is a scammer.So maybe he never will change.As the saying goes once a scammer always a scammer.

Well despite about everything I have read about Jo etc...

I have made a decision to stay with MTV/PV until the end.
Regardless of the outcome the reason is because I can see guys like you,Carlos etc are trying to make MTV/PV a legitimate business and a success one for a long period.

I can count on my fingers how many owners of a PTC site/Hyip's etc would fight for their own business or their own members.Most just let their site go bankrupt or just scam and run away with everyone's money without trying to fix things like you guys are trying to do.I do hope you guys don't give up on MTV/PV or its members because there are many members in PV/MTV that haven't given up on MTV/PV including you and the other guys who want to make this business as it was intended to be in the first place.

So again Marc i'm glad to see you as the new CEO of this company and i'm looking forwards to see and read more good news that's coming to MTV/PV.Not many good people like you in this online world.

The way Marc communicates his ideas makes me think he's a real businessman, doing whatever he can to get this train back on track. Far better than Jo imho.

I cannot help sensing a kind of jealousy in your words (correct me if i'm wrong) because marc is "getting" all those shares. There is a clear condition to "getting those shares", and sure you must have read that too. I also cannot help seeing no constructive ideas in your posts (again correct me if i'm wrong), so refrain from those easy spoken words and start acting like a committed member of MTV instead.

Marc: so far i haven't said it, but i wish you all the best as CEO of MTV, you have my full support (although i don't know if that makes a difference since i'm just a small investor at the moment...).

If any scammer is here than this is Marc. Stealing Joes 50m shares, and 300k from his account. And one more thing nobody normal would pay 500$ for default refferer 1 day ...couse 1st of all even if 3 - 10k members per day is true, 97% of them already have referrer ..so its just another way to steal more money
