I like your idea. I would recommend that gaining the default referrals (that used to go to Jo) is one of the prizes in the ClixGrid game. This way, hopefully, we will be incentivizing more people to click those ads too. Gaining referrals for a day is much more valuable in the long run than say $100 (in my opinion).

You should find a project manager to guarantee that programmers deliver products within the time frame planned and the cost below budget.

I think the button to update the value of traffic is not working for some months ago when I give update always have the same amount if not normal or only happens to me?

Actually it is working. Thing is:
The traffic value you see here is the highest a person achieved in all their stay in MTV.... but traffic value is HIGHLY influenced by shares´ price and we all know that shares are in a low right now... so, since they were much higher once, the traffic values shown right now reflect those times. It is very unlikely traffic values will raise much until shares climb.

@Marc: damn i don't have the time (i do have my own shoeshop) but i'm still a certified Prince2 practitioner/ITIL Service manager (how the hell do i end up in a shoeshop you may ask?) and i've done a couple of ICT related projects.

If only i could combine both functions...

I would like to know, if possible, a bit of how our funds are structured. We have an specific amount of funds to back up user balances and an other amount of dev fundings? or all our money is considered dev funding and our cashouts are made with them?

In my view, obviously, we should have sacred funds for backing up user balances. But i am not sure if it is like this.

I understand catt but in my case it changes nothing at all decimal no, I do not notice any changes when one of my invest referrals and update and the amount is always exactly the same, and does not change with referral commissions or accumulate more shares and dividends.

at least in my case the amount is always exactly the same and does not change any digit from about 5 months, sooner if I did, when updating the value had changed whenever any such referral commission.

And it will remain so... until the shares rise...
because most of the value you see in there is depending on them and your ACTUAL traffic value is probably MUCH LOWER than what is currently shown. It will take time until you climb to the value that is being shown and only then it will ruse.

If Marc can get the shares to $1 each then he will be really well rewarded. I like that this gives him an incentive to get the value of the shares up. He can do that two ways. The bad way or the good way. The bad way is to use company money to buy shares and drive the price up. The good way is to build up the value of the company which will raise the price of the shares.

Either way, he and Carlos are signalling to the rest of us that, if you want to make a lot of money here, you will join Marc and become a shareholder and he will take you along with him as he has the incentive to increase the value of your and his shares

Buddy, you DO work for MTV! You have the PTC opportunity (which we hope to build on) and you are also an affiliate. You are one of the most important members of MTV. When you go out and show this opportunity to friends and family (and now we should all have the confidence and trust again to be able to do that), you can make a lot of money from helping them to make money. And that is how the site will grow into the mega corp we all want it to be
