were will the shares come from? Portfolio account?
And getting paid 5m shares every 3 months seems A LOT to me.
Assuming the price is $0.02, that is worth $100k every 3 months, even though you can't cashout for a year IMO that sees to much!

Well, jo's shares will be assigned in portfolio, so portfolio will have much more shares and remember, this goes for all of us, hard work forever pays.

Although I knew how commited Marc was to MTV and how honest he was I am surprised at he terms of his arrangement with Carlos. This way, he gets NOTHING if he acts like Jo did. Unless MTV grows, Marc´s shares are as useless as ours! Meaning: For the first time the CEO is not someone who is taking money off MTV, he is being paid the same way we are: with the results of his work.
Very pleased at this turn of events, I am SURE we will grow steadily from now on. Also very pleased that finally Jo´s account is liquidated. That drama has gone far enough and posting a person´s passport in facebook is going way too far, shows the person has no idea or concept of privacy and respect - let him go, lets go forward with OUR business, as it is ours as much as Marc´s and Carlos´ and slosumo´s and this post just proved it.
For one who was determined to cashout and leave 2 months ago, I feel better and better about MTV every passing day - finally we are in the right hands!!!!!

Marc overpaid 101%

I have lead numerous of project to success from scratch to profitable business

I have 3 IT projects at moments that generating profit since 2014 december they was created
from scratch , i have very big experience with all business from factories , to casinos , apps
Marc only have experience with putting money in to HIYP and then he want 100,000 every 3 month
seriously ? i could use that money to MTV generate 1+ milion of euro profit every year with 101% guarantee ....

I don't have any problem with Marc getting (earning) those 5 Million shares every 3months because if he turns this company around and makes it hugely successful in near future, then we (investors) will become successful and lots of us could become rich as well. I do believe Marc can pull this off..he seems very motivated and active here. First things first though... We must become legal business.

PV/MTV is in a mess right now, if you ask me, so if Marc manages to steer this buisiness back on the right track, yeah, he deserves whatever he gets paid.

I agree 90% of text from Marc today but i don't like that he'll get 5 mil of shares after each 3 months of work, i think it's way overpaid for being CEO
Just thinking if share price is 0.02 after 3 months, he'll basically get $100k for being CEO or even $200k as 0.04 price is really possible after 3 months , yea i agree that CEO supposed to be paid but not that much. Day by day i feel like Marc is here for only to recover his big losses from last swap, anyway i won't agree this idea e.e

The first three scratch games are live. We'll push a small update tomorrow to show loading screens, as when put live, they seem to flicker on the first play. My programmer is now working on super slots, in which we'll try to incorporate quite a few optimization techniques, which we intend to later use on all other games, in order to reduce server load and costs, amongst many other things that will reduce future costs by a lot. I'll try to post an overall development update tomorrow.

With your traffic value I'm sure you have been here long enough to know that you CAN pitch ideas to the team if you believe you have ways to increase revenue or improve the site...right?

Also, Marc can not do anything with those shares for a year. If he doesn't grow this business to make money, he doesn't make anything. So he has to work hard in order to earn anything from those "free" shares. I don't believe he is going to be going anywhere anytime soon. When....and yes, I said when - not if - things get better and money is being made, Marc will be in a great financial position in the next year. But you don't think he deserves that for bringing a company out of almost financial ruin?

Know what is overpaid for being CEO?
Getting all the company´s assets in his personal accounts, traveling around the world with our money and stealing 500k in bitcoins instead of cashing out as anyone else would.

Those are a lot of shares? yeah sure... but they will buy him some nice candy only if he doesn´t work his ass off in order to make them raise!
VERY VERY fair imho - and a guarantee to all users that he will be the most commited CEO around.

Yes i'm in MTV since 2012 i was one of first guys

OVERPAID : I have created new company which create new computer game , for 4 month period i have spent 60,000 euro for 3 programmers wages 3d maker , also marketing new company costs , office rent , and we aleardy have offers people who want pay to test our beta game and this only what 60,000 euro can make in right hands , now he gets 100,000 euro every 3 month ...

T-shirt is stupid and lame idea , there 500 working and good ideas but i won't tell anything more i will just see how things turn out so i can say i told u so

Also remember thing buy cheap sell high , i remember Jo hiring programmers for outrageous wages we know that American and europeans will want 5x more cost example than talented Russian programmer who is every bit as good as previous ones , there so many respectable russian programmers who aleardy works in big companies one of my friend works for steam and other ones for online games for 3x less wage than American of European one , so its just tip how MTV can save some money but if ceo gets milions of usd wage so that saved 3-2k of usd wont make dent in it
