We haven't had dividends in the last 2 weeks so he isn't even earning that off the shares. So basically he is getting nothing until this business starts going somewhere. So I don't see where there is any overpayment being done. So we are talking about probably $30k+ yearly salary and all travel expenses covered + 50m shares. So I hope you make this business very successful, then we will all be happy . But to deserve such a huge reward, you got a huge load of work that is waiting for you. Let's aim for MTV success . He's taken the position at one of toughest times MTV's been in - when finally the correct steps are being discussed and slowly executed to bring MTV towards full legalization. He's exposing himself to a lot of risk and huge responsibility by taking this role in these times. If he doesn't work hard and help achieve this he will get nothing out of these shares but some dividends, which are negligible at this time with scarce new investments. He can't sell his shares for a year, and he will only get new shares every 3 months if he proves his worth and actually helps bring the business forward with visible results during that time. One thing's for certain - Marc's got a lot to do and prove to retain his possibility of being rewarded. He can't slack off, he'll have to work very hard to achieve the required results every 3 months, and his efforts will be evaluated every single time. A lot will be changing in how things are run at MTV in the following months. Times of unconsidered expenses and undeserved rewards are slowly going to be over. And Marc's got a hell of a lot to prove in order to receive the mentioned rewards. But things take time - by end of July we'll have a much clearer picture of everything, give him a chance, if he fails at performing his role, he gets nothing out of this. And I'm absolutely certain he'll do everything he can to get past the first year quarter with positive results. Say what kind of documents, what actions, what necessary traveling you'd need to have. Say who you'd talk with, how much money you'd need for that, what the priority order of your actions would be. Say how you would organize the programmers in both offices, what your expansion plans would be and how you'd reach them, and how you plan to balance the different money streams to impulse MTV further.
