Also, you have to actually claim your RP. I don't have my RP in my account, yet, as I have yet to claim them. Also, most have no desire to sell this low. After all this time, if you are still active, you've already decided what you were going to do. If you needed the CASH for restart BAP, you would have sold PreRestart so you could get 3100 not 2400.
