It doesn't work like that, at least while everyone is busy getting to their desired BAP lvl and NEW members are joining as well.

Our Reach with PV members who can get Group Ads was only about 10% what it was earlier this year. Now, we might not grow tenfold in BAP debt (or more b/c Ad Issues Size vs OLD BAP debt made users tune out), but I do feel we have quite a bit of climbing to do.

It's not the BAP debt that matters, it's do we have it backed with CASH and debt reducers and non debt products to cover it. That answer is a resounded YES.

In any case, in the Ad Packs thread, I provide a day to day analysis and thus here is an excerpt:

These weekends are great. Even though the PV model will prove to be sustainable as an additional card we have weekends where all that happens is debt cleaned and ad issue accumulation.

And as the traffic on PV boosts bringing more and more pro advertisers and the numbers of ad sales boosts we will begin to see some non sense ad issue value its my forecast.

I really have a great feeling about this. smile

it happened something strange, i got a referral on paidverts, and on paidverts referrals page, under url column is indicated paidverts as site from where referral came, how could be possible if it even impossible use paidverts to get referrals on paidverts itself, is it a bug? (i am advertising paidverts with two traffic exchangers and barter my founds on paidverts)

A doubt, if in a x month the $ for dividends is too low,  like $500 it still goes to dividends? is not better paying FTQ with that? isnt that the reason because before in the old system there was a minimun amount needed to share dividends? $5000 a week i think

Probably $500 should go to buying cheap RP. Then in 1 month selling higher for bigger dividends.

Technically, not too big a rush is needed on the FTQ, unless we think they need it for Purchases.

$5,000 min is due b/c of decimals places.
aka $10 for 1MIL RP, if $5K.

Yes, but that is more unpredictable, price can go down, I mean maybe is better to have 1 happy FTQ investor than all RP holders with almost nothing in profit.

Maybe the PV restart offers an opportunity to do something with inactive BAP?

Right now there is (almost) no inactive BAP, but this will return. Could we make the fees higher for inactive accountd for example? Or maybe a progressive fee: 100 a day the first month, 200 the second, 300 the thirth etc. (Maybe grow higher faster because accounts with millions of BAP would take ages to clear).

PV should be for active users I think. If you plan staying inactive a long time, just convert to RP's and sell back later on. This process helps to remove some debt too by the 5% market fee...

What harm is inactive BAP?

Just numbers on a screen, that may or may not have to be repaid at some point.

Yes, druth, but they're tradeable. We had nice reduction pre-reset on the BAP market, but there's no actual use of it if we're shoveling away inactive BAP... and giving it to people without buying BA.

I completely agree with idea of higher TAX for inactive users as i meantion it allready time ago.

If you say that are just numbers and "may not be repaid". What does that acctually means? That inactive user may never come back anymore? There should be another restart?

i think, believe, hope Paidverts will run normal for years. It has to. And if there are inactive user and they pay higher tax that would help to decrease debt. there should be a penalty for inactive users = higher tax.

ALL BAP is covered already in the current system, there is no "outstanding" debt.

Thus, in essence,  the bigger the inactive debt, the bigger the reserve of CASH FBG has.

Yes, some users don't come back, though most of those are users who try it for a day/week and usually only accumulate a bit of BAP, so the 100 TAX will take care of it.

Other users just want a break, but don't want to spend $2/10KRP to go on a short vacation.

And, again, why steal (which is what you are advocating) from users?
Basically, They loaned the site $1, in return, they'd like $1.14 aka 14% interest (6% to the upline, which could easily be PV aka themselves). Even just 4 days of inactivity, if they only spent $1, would make them lose money. Since, yes, BAP is ROI unlike the other ad options. Now, you want to impose even stricter restrictions on the loan they gave us. It doesn't make sense. We are never forced to pay them back, unless they come back and ask for it, and even then only when we can afford it.

The restart was needed, not b/c we had inactive debt. It was b/c we had total, but esp active debt, that we didn't have the funds/resources to pay back in a timely enough manner. That is not the case going forward as that debt was old regime, not the current one, and what they've done is quite different and sustainable.

Remember, Active BAP, of accounts with 1600+ is the only BAP that factors into Group Ad Issues. Inactive Members are of little consequence, besides making sure if/when they come back we can keep going in the same timely matter.

We don't know the reason why these people are inactive but if they do come back and find their BAP gone is that going to make them want to stay around?

Those BAPs represent work they've done or money they spent. We should do what we can to preserve that value in case they return. We shouldn't be so quick to grab other people's property. They are inactive so it doesn't affect the ad issues
