They bought advertisement, Paidverts delivered what they bought and gave them BAP = Bonus. That bonus is considered as paidverts debt. Unfotunately is so, more debt less attractive is Paidverts for a new potential "customers" because most of them see Paidverts as investment. So we need debt removers. If we return in Prereset time. Lest say we would not do a reset and will wait for next 10 months and remove 1bil of BAP. Do you really think only active debt would decrease? No, inactive members would come back. So you have to look debt as whole and not only active one. Stealing from inactive members? Users bought advertisement, Paidverts deliver it and give an extra bonus. Unfortunately paidverts needs active members to be able to deliver what users bought. It could be a number of reasons. Usually people sign up to look around, try it out and then lose interest. This is the nature of PTC sites. We need to go back and figure out what caught their interest in the first place and work on getting them from disinterested/inactive to contributing member of the website. Another reason people become inactive is because they don't understand the system. So they are willing but just can't figure it out. We have willing participants but for some reason or another it just doesn't 'click' for them and they go dormant out of frustration. This should be on us  to get these people the training they need. This may require an email campaign in order to lay out all the great benefits we offer. another group will go inactive because they don't see the opportunity at first. This group can be very lucrative if we could just get the concept across to them. They may see earnings of pennies and miss that they can build a solid income from the site. Two things could work to get these people back. One is the email training campaign I've talked about. Marketers will tell you it is easier (and cheaper) to keep a customer than to gain a new one. So we are probably throwing away money not training people on how to make the most money with PV The second way is our advertising. People might join and forget they joined. Ad Issue Size 2. Is the BAP covered via CASH and NON BA Purchases and Debt Reducers That's it. Really only #1 for most, provided it's big enough in their opinion. We could have 6BIL BAP debt, but as long as we have it covered, Active vs Inactive, few members vs a lot of members, doesn't matter. Thus, it wasn't the fact we had 3.5-4.4BIL BAP debt, it was we didn't have it covered and thus we didn't have ad issue sizes that amounted to much. Yes, I know BAP is a bonus. However, Pure Advertisers probably shouldn't choose them over other options we now offer. Maybe b/c the BAP to CASH rate is much better and/or if you like Banner BAP buying options, would change the equation for some. Since we have ALL the BAP covered, it's not actually a debt. It just takes time to cover it, hence it looks like a debt. Yes, the loan was just an analogy, but for ROI members (note I didn't say advertisers), it feels more like a loan, than a bonus. Which is key. If we are really concerned about inactive BAP debt, we can implement far better methods. 1. After X amount of time, we stop charging them Daily. 2. At that time we then email them trying to get them to become active, even include a tutorial. 3A. If a response, then we/support work with them to get them active and engaged. 3B. If no response, then we wait another X amount of time. 4. At that time we send one more email, with a warning that the account will be zeroed (BAP/CASH/RP) and given to the site's Paidverts account, in X amount of time. 5A. If a response, we don't initiate that zeroing and work with them. 5B. If no response, we zero out their account, debt wise, when the time comes. All the above, in an easier to understand manner, is added to the TOS before hand, and a warning that the TOS changed and these are the changes, in our colored boxes. Again only if Inactive Debt at 100 BAP /$0.001/day and RP no longer part of the 500mil, and thus even dividends will have some go to inactive members. RP members should have a much longer ZERO account procedure, if at all. 1 year min. Ideally, a second form of contact as well. Groups, 1%'s, TA, these do not get attached to specific campaigns. Unlike CT, Instant, AG, FA. In fact, I advocate big time that we "charge extra" to have someone like Brainy, if he buys a BA campaign, to be able to spend a bit more and be directed at Group Ads.
