If not, then there may be 2 walls against each other. For instance a sell-wall of 0.004 and a bid-wall of 0.003. If someone can bid/sell for (for instance) 0.0036 (or even a digit more) then this will not happen as much and it won't be profitable to sell one point up from your buy. Dropping cash price should drag BAP price down also. Lots of ppl will buy RP's for cash and try to sell them either for cash or BAP.
