After investigation it appears the tick service we were using had an API change, which has now been updated. Essentially this resulted in: - anyone cashing out received less LTC than they should - anyone depositing/purchasing received more $ than they should As we noticed some users were abusing that to a certain degree, we will be having a look at these exchanges, and reverting the difference for both cases. Reason is that our Neteller account has been frozen, due to some outdated company info on the website. It didn't seem to have been an issue for several years, but appears to have been caught up to. We don't know the full details nor can affect it ourselves, it's up to the Spanish office to resolve and get some updated documents, so we have no accurate ETA of potentially recovering the account at this time. Issue is with lack of credits on our email provider - the automatic fillup was refunded for some reason. AS soon as the Spanish office fills the account up emails will be back to normal. But to highlight the main one on PTCshare, Pure Ads are having their ad views increase by 3x.
