You're in Group 5 and not in Group 7.  @glashier, account related issues should be coursed via the support ticket system. If a member has already done that, there's no need to post it in the forum again just to get someone's attention. We're trying to avoid giving one person the priority over another who's waiting patiently on his ticket. The forum has to be a place, where users can discuss, what's happening at mtv/pv. and jo often does things without explaining it (or giving explaination very late), so it's correct to ask and discuss, i think. if you ban all the people for asking "what's with ads", "i'm waiting for payout since 15 days", ..., it will be censorship, cause there is no other way to discuss it. there is  a very fine line between moderating and censorship and you all have to be very very careful about banning people.. if you do not, this forum will be like most ptc-forums: you have to lick moderators / admins ass, or you will be banned. This is not the way, a good and informative forum will work. Transparency only will work, if people can ask anything, and will get an answer. If people are full of doubt, let's try to clarify.. If someone open a new topic like "is it spam...?", so what? it doesn't matter, i think. If there is someone, who don't try it, cause he read a post like this: it's good. otherwise, he will always spam the newsthread with "where are my ads?", "is jo alive?", "i requested a cashout 5 minutes ago, but i didn't receive it" and so on, cause he is always full of doubt... It's good to make rules for the NewsThread. And it's good to say, that people shouldn't ask for ads every 5 minutes, but i think it's good to have a place for it in the forum. And it's good, when people are free to ask anything. And yes, people can search the forum for answers, i think too. but it have to work, and the last weeks it didn't work. maybe it's good to warn people and to give them an alternative: "please discuss in the misc-section...", before banning them. Wasn't changing the chron to multiple chrons supposed to stop the problem of it getting clogged and grinding to a halt? I'm assuming there must be a software error somewhere if it is stopping all the chrons delivering anything other than very low value ads. Then again, there's been an issue with personal 1% ads all week so there was clearly a problem there to begin with. Anyway, I hope they sort it out soon....why is it that these issues always happen on a Friday? It's almost as if the chron(s) decide it/they need a long weekend and stop working when the server changes to Friday!! I'm guessing this may delay today's ad issue somewhat as there's no guarantee it will get delivered. 'No ads in 15 days' - just a random complaint with no intellectual/conversational value, and in my eyes, a deletable complaint, though I may wait till it's older than today. 'No ads in 15 days and I don't understand why. Can someone explain it to me' - Perfectly legitimate complaint with reasoning and a question. I would never delete this.
