I don't think many of you members really get it. Jo is not breaking any rules regarding PayPal TOS

Here's why...

If I go purchase $5 worth of ads in PV I am buying advertising and nothing else and Paypal knows that. As for BAP, those are an added bonus in which can be used to receive higher paid ads, gamble etc. If i choose to gamble using my all my BAP and lose ,I didn't lose any money and my ads (the product/service I purchased) will be shown to other members. We are not using cash to gamble inside PV so I don't understand why people think differently. I personally think it was good choice by Jo to supply the information to allow us to contact them via email. More people who do this the better. It is good thing!! I know of another PTC site in past who lost PayPal (froze account)and members fought sending out emails demanding a reverse descion and PayPal unblocked the Admins account. As for buying shares/investment plans, that is funded with earnings from our account balance (clicking paid ads) not directly from using payment processors.

Jo is not breaking any laws here regarding his online gambling sites because we use BAP and not cash to gamble!

If I'm wrong speak your beef. smile

@tharude.

 Your comment confuses me a bit so I'll try to explain as I understand it smile

 Firstly regarding shares, ( I assume that is your concern of forcing growth )  I 'm not proposing forced growth in any way, I'm just looking for a way to balance $ price with BAP price to a point, so it doesn't diverge as a result of the changes in PV. It can still fall and rise uncoditionally, I only limit the distance one can take from the other. For example: having $0.10/ share and 40BAP/ share at the same time.
 It still follows capitalistic principles ( and supply and demand ) and one that is prepaired and capable can earn ( better than before even ).

 Secondly my proposal was as an alternative to Jos $5 per user limit, that ( Jos proposal) will negativelly affect revenues from PV as much as happiness of users currently in high groups.

 Also growth is what we are looking for PV, as it is a product of MTV and that is what we need it to do ( grow ), just not as fast as it is now. It's the marketplace ( shares ) that should be free to move anyway it wants.

 Thanks for commenting.

Which in my opinion makers you about 100% smarter than those of us who stay here...

But with the new passport wrinkle, my other half and I couldn't get out of the country even if he were willing to leave--since according to our dearly beloved state department rep here in AZ, you have to furnish tax documentation proving you are current on all personal income taxes to get a passport--and we haven't paid personal in years (and won't do so either--they can stuff it). My other half is really bummed, because he can't go to his fishing tournament in Hermosillo this year--his passport was expired and they refused to renew.

His buddies all CLAIM he will be safe down there without it--but I put my foot down and told him that was NOT happening, because you never know when the Mexican government will decide to start enforcing the passport and visa rule again, since it's a ten day tourney. Last year they had problems at the border--and I trust the Mexican government even less than I trust ours at the moment.

Not only, but this conversation would lead us to a point, where it should be private. Unfortunately, we don't have private chat yet smile
I've got your point and it sounds reasonable to me.

Sr Jo could find a bank to establish a credit or debit card for PV/MTV that is associated with each account, and each user uses your card with the funds that are is your account PV/MTV that would be great.cool hmm

@Jo.

According to your ad issue post, I am supposed to have my ad blocker set at .20. Yesterday I received 20 ads at .16 and today I have 20 @ .061, but fortunately I have my blocker set @ .0015. Those that kept it at .20 will lose those ads.

Thanks for the ads for today

The more I read, the more I like you and your way of thinking. The next time I'm out west, I would like to have a cold one with you and the mister.

It would be great if one day alot of us "Americans" got together at a central spot, let's say MikeMazzone's living room, for an MTV Party. We could invite Jo, his Lamborghini, and the company credit card. angel

You got it 100% right. Heck, here in Tucson the welcome mat has been out for 5 years now, far worse than the previous decade. In my neighborhood, all of the stores are signed entirely in Spanish, and nobody in any of the fast food restaurants speaks English (or at least they don't admit to speaking English LOL). All the music is Tejano, Norteno or mariachi as well.

It's even worse closer to the border--when we go out to our gold mining claims by Arivaca, we're armed to the teeth these days, because the local border patrol is NOT armed, they don't patrol, and lately there are far more trains of heavily armed drug mules going through the desert than "huddled masses yearning to breathe free". I man the watch while the other half and the boys mine, and I haven't seen a party of families for about 2 years--though now that winter is coming, we'll be seeing parties of very pregnant women mixed in with the drug mules.

Our local border patrol guys are totally demoralized--they know most of the mules by name. The mules drop off their loads, go out to the road and hike to the bus and turn themselves in--they get an air conditioned ride to Tucson, a medical exam, a good meal, shower, cable, internet, a bed for the night--then they get bussed back to Nogales and dropped off.

They do this 3 times a week.

Cattle are poached by the hundreds and BBQed right in the desert, ranchers are shot at (and shot), home invasions--the works. The desert is a flipping war zone.

If the ads are done being issued, then once again, I have not recieved the right value. If u add the 2$ of today + the 3,5$ of yesterday, that makes it around 5,5$ missing already. That`s some crappy sittuation right there. And even worst, is the fact that the only thing that they can do is conforting me saying: "At least you didn`T lose any BAP"... No crap Sherlock?

RIP 5,5$... Let`S see how much I`ll lose during the rest of the week. All praise the Cron god!

Well anytime you're in Tucson and want to try some good home brew (I don't drink it, but I make it), some gold mining, some kettle corn, and a nice day of shooting, let me know! I'll even let you shoot my Garand--it's battle zeroed to 300 yards and has a scope--but the iron sights are still there if your eyes are up to it smile

@TaskSupp, you need to lower your ad filter. You have it set at $0.15. I checked the BAP history of a ref of mine who's also in Group 8 as you and found that he got paid ads with $0.061 value. So those are the ones that you missed. Although the last column in the breakdown showed $0.2, most of your ads will simply be $0.2 but some of them would be less than that.

@Jo, I think you need to update the last column since some members are relying on it for their filter settings.
