It is an automated process. All your BAPs will be converted to Shares later today. Once you see your BAP is reset to 0. Buy AdPacks with the available balance you have so you can climb to group 1 or 2. So they're okay with losses now just to be in a good BAP group. In addition, the share price is expected to plummet after the swap. Even if they purchased those shares at a high price before they can easily get those back and more. Let's say you sell 1000 shares at the price of $0.02. You will then have $20 to use in PV or simply hold on to that amount. Later in the day or tomorrow, the share price may possibly plummet down to $0.005 per share. When that happens, using the same $20, you can buy 4000 shares. As you can see, you have quadrupled your shares.
