now all you did was STEAL my business, STELA my income, STEAL any chance to do anything, an dI CANT EVNE CLICK BLOODY ADS ANYMORE AS NOW I HAVE NO BAP, no INCOME no MONEYH or anythign
so why make the poor work for weeks an dmonths to then TAKE EVERYTHIGN AWAY FORM THEM?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?1

@joyful, I see that you had 112K+ BAP prior to the swap. Currently you have 42804 BAP which puts you into Group 4. I suggest you wait for the daily ad issue for January 2. You will be surprised that the earnings you're making when you were in Group 6 before the BAP swap fails in comparison to what you'll be earning this time around, even though you're in a lower BAP group this time.

Jo! I wish to you and your family, like other people are members here Happy New Year..

When you make Paidverts, you made some combination PTC and something like Revshare..
I and some of my friends, come to PV, invest some money, and we are like maniacs do clicks you couple hundreds ads daily every day.. Than you are decide, becouse you have problem with little investment and to much members, make cut and all earned BAPs drop to MTV.. If I wanna play with markets, I will go to revenue share, not to Paidverts. Practicly you are still our investments, our works, our time (over half year maniacs clicking) and drip to MTV with words, do not hurry, wait couple weeks or months (one day maybe,.,) price will go up (that is bulls*it if you have 10 times more sellers then buyers, also after that move with stilling earned money,and making that money 10,. 100 times lower value al people are hungry buy your shares with no chance any profit except for couple lucky guy if they find right moment resell that share for few cents) and than we can sold and get what we ALREADY EARNED??!? Yes, of course.. And later you told us, if you need money for reinvest in padiverts,we can easily sold shares at MTV.. What a bulls*itt.. We now must wait for couple months and see how our share still in lot of s*it? Or take our money and give to you and your pals in caller new investment?
What about people who work hard too much months and they didn't take earned money, they are reinvest got to better groups, and you just in few word take that earned baps and throw away them?
Do you think sometimes, you are atheist.. But some of that people, like some of my referrals, have religon, who do not allow play with shares, becouse that is unfair and against honest play..
Some people talk you are honest, no, you didn't honest, becouse you wan't tell people what is really problem and why you do that with swap baps, and don't any conncetion with "stabile" Paidverts..
Tell us, how it is possible, we can not buy ads at Paidverts, but you and some of your friends get couple thousends earned money in last 24h?!?!?!
I had earlier think about you like someone who try make interesting and new program, with some knowladge, but I am completly get oposite picture about you and whats your intendt here..
Packing some story, chi chat about wooww extra earning opportunity, but you just wanna get sometime, for making enough time for everyone who invest through paypal and payza, lost opportunity for claims..
How it is possible when we can not buy ads, but you and group the best earner, probably your friends , from homepage members get earning and lot of money?!?!? in 24h with no investment in ads?!?!?? And you with that top earner have already earn couple thousends bucks?!?!?!?!?

Thank you for stilling money (yes, that is, stilling, becouse I was invest in Paidverts, PTC with reshare, not in revenueshare.. and you change rule of Paidverts and take our money and baps, put in somecalling market where is lot of crying "sellers" with no hope to sell anyone except if you and your couple friends buy same for couple cents and make over night wowww price for same.. That is play with earned money and baps other members in your favor.. This is clearify stilling money.. You didn't offer to us choice, like, sell baps, convert baps in money and that money we can payouts, convert to share, convert in ads, no you didn't. you take our earned BAPS and put in some other site, with some other program without asking us, and without our aprove, that is called STILLING. and of course, we know, you remove to Brasil, have some cost.. You lucky, you are already earn and pull out money from Paidverts, even no chance to buy ads at Paidverts, you still earn, but people who invest hard earned money, and they are now on NULL; they can not buy to their family nothing.. Even paper to print "Share of Paidverts" and put on wall like proud picture of success Paidverts menage and stilling money.. Hurry up. someone maybe looking for you..! Good trip! And thanks!

YOu need min 2 days to allow rest of crazy members to invest, becouse your program need first day to invest, second days start share ads issue, than you have money for upgardes, and that is right moment for other members to inest, and you will secure top earning for you and your friends which are already upgraded with all upgardes and take maximum profit from foolish people..! This is a big hassle. We who have recently started we were totally downgraded. -.-
I do not see at this point, except that all lose their baps so far.

I really plan to quit by clicking on this site, this does not make sense.

I dont understand why you are all so angry with Jo
At least he is not a scammer!

If you sell your shares for $0.11 you can recover all your money!
If you sell them for $0.22 you can double you cash (just need to wait)

I know 1 thing about this change:
I never used MTV (only Paidverts) and I was also upset with the BAP swap, but know Im earning some money selling and buying shares and Im really happy with everything

MTV and Paidverts have a big potential, but you need to use your head!!

First, that baps and money we are earn.. Not given us.. That baps are taken and put on another place, site, somewhere outside from Paidverts.. And if you sell for 0.11 you will get what you already earn! But IF you sell per that price! And get what you already earn.. YOu must play twice time or more
for your same earned money?
Also in same time, you are loose your position in groups.. And Jo hope you will take your money from your pocket and give him again for investining in Paidverts.. For reaching some of groups.. And how you can except in some time, Jo wan't do that again with your earning money?!?!
If Jo have opinion that Baps / share value 0.11, why he didn't buy that shares from us and everybody will be happy.. He will get share of PV in value 0.11 usd, we get our earned money..Bit of course, he wan+t becouse He know that is madness.. He know we will loose some value of our earned money, and he know he can not get a profit if he invest in share of his PV shares per 0.11usd becouse, he know cannot sel someone other buyer for bigger value of 0.11.. Even more than 0.05.. Thats is clear!He have over 1 million in MTV, why he didn't buy alone all our shares per 0.11/share? Everybody are win.. That is madness. That can not be.. Of course... He win if you seel your shares for half or less value what he declare.. And again, he will profit from us.. When someone buy shares, even in 1/10 declare value.. No metter.. He get anyway.. Just he can not buy all our share, that will be disaster for him!
Yres, someone can ear buy selling and buying share.. If I like it, I will go to some sites for that, not start with one site, and thats site drop somewhere my earned money.. I understood you are slicked with Jo, but if you have a little brain. you should be get idea that is stilling.. I don't wanna play on share market.. And I don't have a time looking in share market fro maybe go little up or drop big down.. Please, miguel.. No need to kiss someone e*s.. That is your choice, not mine and lot of people at Paidverts..!

I just know that at this shares are going up since the BAP swap (
$0.02 before the swap and $0.045 now
People are buying them and it will reach $0.11 soon

And now in a lower group in Paidverts you can earn much more than after
I have a friend that received 1 ad of 7.5$ and he is only at Group 4...before I was at Group 6 and I was earning only 5$ daily

I am a member like any other ... that a week ago was not using the MTV and did not know what were the actions, but reading the forum posts and tracking sales and purchases of shares, knows that there is an opportunity

And yes if shares keep going up I will buy your shares for $0.11

Why Jo dont Buy My shares, and all share from Paidverts, per 0,11, if he Got my shares without my Authorization, so i have suggest, Buy Shares fo all members per 0,11 and we Stay happy again, i think this is justice.. If you say Share will be 0,11 .. So buy now per 0,11... After will be 0,25 ok? LOL, i garanted

This deception! Now the action is on the hands of all. And they all want to sell them. The proposal far exceeds the demand. This means that the price will fall to a minimum until you see a large buyer (if he appears). For our money without our consent were purchased futile action. Who will buy them? At what price? If I wanted to buy shares, I would have done it in the stock market. Would buy shares not PaidVerts and more promising companies. I think Joe understands this, and that is the whole point. I do not believe that the share price will rise to the original price (217BAP). This artificial reduction of the size of our earnings by conduction through the natural market processes. Brilliant!!! Joe, your karma is not a pity?

This is good only for members who have a lot of money, becouse they will buy cheap shares and earn more money then before. For small investors like me who click every day and invest all earned money, this is not good. I lose everithing what I work for half year. I'm trying sell my shares for half $0,053 and didn't sell any yet. And now I ask you what will be better for me after this???

I sold my baps to shares. I have 320 shares now. What I have to do now? I dont know what will I do? Will I wait with 320 shares? Now the price for shares are 0.038. Will it be increase to 0.11 ?
