They also have a finite amount. In the past they said they wouldn't buy to rise the price much. So, I suspect they will try their best to buy some, let it stabilize, even drop buy some more, until they run out. OFC, if people say "Look PV is buying" they will probably have to just buy until they run out, otherwise they won't get the best deal.
