I think Marc forgot about that wrinkle in his proposal. I hope the programmers are either very careful and try to analyze each case that only has 1. Never dealt with MTV in a financial matter b4 ANY swap. 2. Only sold those RP, since. OR. are still waiting. Granted some of those were told to try their hand at daytrading, so some did so, even though they didn't want to. OR maybe, he should just (after all balances can't be transferred to PV), just exchange during the swap, all cash to 3100 BAP per $1.05. It's not like 2000 is truly don't lose anything....unless the 100 BAP tax is history.
