Besides of that iam pretty sure you would at least like to know that your package comes late before it does, but you dont, it comes late and you ask why, they say sorry there was an issue, sure you paid for fast shipping and didnt get it but they apologized, so you dont need a refund or anything like that, in the end you have your package. If a service is unsatisfactory then a refund, partial or total, should be given to the client. I mean, that's what's done everywhere. Why would it be different in some places? Local company policies, I suppose, but a policy isn't going to stop any damage to the reputation. That's already done. The terms we agree to are agreed by both sites. 180 days is A HUGE AMOUNT OF TIME to deliver ads. In addition the later the ad is delivered the lesser the effect. After 3 months the advertising has next to no value. It doesnt matter if that was Jo's idea back then or someone else's, PV agreed to deliver ads in given time and agreed to refund if it doesnt happen and thats how it should work, especially that you pay in advance. And arguments like "you got it in the end so whats the problem" are just completely silly. Imagine ordering any goods, paying in advance and not getting it delivered on time, with the explanation that the company had an issue with system, had some downtime, an employer cheated on them etc etc. Take and example of ordering a car for your company to be actually able to work in certain areas and having it delivered past deadline which cause a loss. Take an even more extreme example and try delivering kidney for transplant a day too late saying, "you got it after all so whats the fuss".
