TheDarkness Traffic Value: $5,278.37238 Germany 11 like this post 5 people 02/07/2015 17:00 Finally an answer, even though not quite satisfying, since in my opinion the campaign could have been frozen or refunded manually (and dont tell me there is no way to do that). And the users dont feel cheated but are cheated, why wasnt it possible to at least say that the refund cron probably wouldnt work? Why is there never information about things becoming an issue in the future? Why is it generally better for companys to say nothing and then apology once its to late? And never is a solution offered, got unlucky because you bought both su upgraded at the same time and the issue wasnt fixed in time? Or because you campaign wasnt refunded because the issue wasnt fixed in time? Deal with it, why should we try to make up for our mistake.(not even taking things like milestones into consideration) Instead of offering a compromise like 1/4 or 1/2 of the undelivered clicks at 00:00 get refunded or simply swapped for shares. Sure there are a lot less users cheated compared to the super su bug and even then there was no compensation, but why not start beeing responsible. Maybe iam to spoiled from all the games offering compensations when they make mistakes, when servers dont run properly, when new items are broken. And seeing how nvidia can put false specs on their gtx 970 and get away with it, i wont dare to say that sooner or later there will be a time where an apology wont be enough. I would have posted the same if this had happened with jo, i even mentioned him and actually i was complaining about jo a few times until i accepted the opinion that he does what is best, an opinion more or less "forced" on users, by users, at least sometimes. I would say have your own mind, dont just follow the masses. Maybe they are doing very well under these circumstances, yet they could do better. The recycle cron is still locked at the moment. Hopefully they will open it soon   As for your ad filter, it may be set too high depending on what group you are in. Check the daily ads listing to see the ad values that your group is receiving and set your filter accordingly. Your ads said that they will be refunded in -0 days. -0 en 0 are the same, so it means they will be refunded today (the end of day is still today). Fortunately for you, all clicks to your ads are delivered (and that is what you want, isn't it?). So, no refund is necessary. You have what you want and MTV has what it wants. I even checked in spam and all I had in there was folks saying they wanted to send me a debit card with quarter of a million dollars on it, oh and one telling me I could buy Viagra. So unless if PV is sending me those types of emails. I got nothing.
