Sadly this is gonna be the last day that we'll be in Slovenia (tomorrow i'm facing another huge trip back to the Netherlands) Today we repaid the last part of round #64 in the fast track queue. I notice a lot of people talking about "a problem", but you're still getting crazy returns that you can't get anywhere else in the entire world (At least not fixed  ) And to become legal we'll most probably need to drastically lower the returns in the ftq very soon, so enjoy/appreciate the returns we're offering you for now. On to round #65, this is gonna be a huge one.. But once we cleared it it will be a huge boost of confidence to the overall public as the following ones are a lot smaller and once the ball gets rolling and we pump out a few games a week and a few big projects we're working on (I'll likely write a huge update next tuesday as that will be the first opportunity to do so) the portfolio will catch up and even crush the fast track queue's repayment times. I'll post the photo's of the slovenian office on my facebook later this evening as I haven't got all of them in my email yet. These photo's are less fancy as we had no professional camera this time and the Slovenian office is built in 2 separate rooms so it's a bit harder to take fancy pictures (The polish office is a lot bigger and has 1 room only) I hope all of you have a great weekend!

Is it really that hard to teach the banks?Whether you get 20% in 90 days or 180% in 360 days it's the same thing, basically. We all know that there is no fixed rate on when you get your return could be 1 week, could be 20 years. So, it's not the % that matters, esp if we have the business to back it up. If Google wanted a loan back in 2004, and said we will give you 200%, when we can, not only would they have been able to pay us back in no time, they are worth way more than say 10% a year. Better deal for them then as they only gave us 100%, not 10% forever. I really don't understand why the % matters for legal purposes. Are we going to have to tweak the PV as well? That is also not fixed return date, but still higher than what people think is acceptable for legal reasons.

the legal problem with MtV is that the earnings of the shares depend on the investments made in the FTQ and not on the results MTV produces.One solution could be to divide both. Make the FTQ more like bonds and pay the dividends out of the real earnings of MTV.

Dear Marc, how about this?The 24 hours rule may still cause some kind of panic if a huge number of shares are put on sale. So, why not we have these ON TOP of the 24 hours rule.. Set a maximum number of shares (e.g. 100000) for a SINGLE listing. If you wished to put more shares on sale, you would have to sell it at 125% of your last listing. Only if: 1. 24 hours has lapsed after your last listing or 2. All shares of your last listing have been sold Then only you can put them for sale at the current price.

That has nothing to do with the FTQ % though, which is what he and Rich want to lower.FTQ are now only paid by results, which includes actual products (games/share fees) but also PV ad purchases and maintenance fees (which PV is a product of investments) so that works. I think FTQ works best when you invest not to the whole company but a specific Branch. Obviously, things such as the Payment Processors, don't have any more investments needed into them, new processors, sure but not old. I know some development funds goes towards things such as site/staff costs. So, labeling them under a specific investment (maybe spread evenly?, would be an issue, esp since a lot of it is just maintaining/improving. I know some projects don't directly create revenue, such as the go to page nuber at PV. So, no idea how that gets funded, esp with any ROI. But we should complete this crowd idea and only have FTQ be related to that. Project Manager/Admin/Programmers work together to gather up an investment goal. Investors start investing into that idea. Once fully funded (or we can tell it will be funded), we can build it. Then, only those investors get their % of the Return on that Project. There is no fixed return. Could even be a loss, if it fails. But, it could be the next "Google". And be huge.

QUESTION: if everybody knows its being manipulated, they are selling big ammount of shares at a little lower price as the market, making people do the same and lowering the price and then buy shares at a low price...Why are you selling the shares that low giving them his way of getting advantage of you? everytime i see them selling tons of shares i do nothing but wait, if i can buy at a low price i do it but never make a dumb mistake as sell my shares at a crazy low price for loosing money... people should think twice before doing wrong moves, i think its people's fault because if everybody could think like me, you will see that Thiagopompeu shares will always be the lowest in the market (im not dumb and wont sell lower than that so he can make profit taking advantage of me) there is no other option but to eliminate the market, its noone fault people do wrong moves thats what i think, people should think twice before acting... Or we can open some kind of training for dummies so help people and explain them how share market works.. xD

About the sharemarket manipulation control... I think it's a horrible idea. The only thing we should do is increase the fee. Nothing else. Paying a fee to cancel your bid is stupid as f%ck, 24 lockdown is even worse. Imagine what would happen if someone places a major block. For 24 hours people will do one of these two things: they will either be fearful and refuse to participate in the market during that time = complete standstill, OR feel safe that the block won't be removed and undersell for the next 24 hours = price going down even more. Not to mention what would happen if there are 2 or more such blocks. On the other hand, we have the right and should be able to change our mind and decide on the spot, making quick decisions.

Trouble is some people need to liquidate their shares from time to time. Those who are selling lower than they'd like, but they have to make do (Even Mike would like more, but he's way in profit, just b/c of swaps so no real big deal). It also is keeping the price down, b/c it's easier to manipulate at low prices.It's not just a market that has users that manipulate/try to take advantage of the manipulation. If it was truly "MTV's first multi player game" soley, then no problem with that. But there are people here who buy and hold long term. The Original intent of shares, and harped on so much by Rich. Also so many of us have shares that came into existence and the rates weren't not what we bought. We shouldn't have to play the sharemarket daytrade game. The ideas of at least 2 Markets (in various forms) does make a lot of sense. One can be a game, no restrictions. The other can be a long term market. In that case, no need for a 24hr rule. Just include my idea of "asking permission" to remove. Most will be granted, unless you abuse it.
