Note that "instant", in case of crypto currencies means that instantly after enough confirmations have been done - in case of bitcoins 4, which usually takes 30-60 minutes. But in the future we will likely further improve the system even for crypto exchanges with less confirmations required. Allow people to buy Bulk Ads with BAP. Say 60 BAP for every ad-view or something. This can result in a lot of outstanding ads on the short term. To cover that we could send more ads on the daily ad-issue. (Now it's only 3, people want to click more). On the short term, this will result in less ad-packs being sold, but when the price catches up, this will level fast and after that more ad-packs will be sold, because the RP-BAP market is not the cheapest way to gain BAP anymore.
