I had my own ambitions to create one, but had trouble getting a response back from the companies that pay other sites to host their surveys. I don't think this would be as big a problem for MTV because it is already an established company with tons of users. I think that would get these other companies a lot more interested in communicating. I know that this is sort of built in with the Cash Offers part of Paidverts, but having a site owned by MTV would bring a lot more profit than the tiny percentage they get for any surveys taken now. If Marc is interested, then shoot me an email and I can give more details of how I would structure the pricing and the referral commissions and everything to make the site more enticing than the other survey sites out there. I have tried a few but I think there is a lot of room to make one so much better. I have many ideas,to help improve both MTV and PV, nut it would take along time to write out here. So instead I will post them individually, as I get the time to do so. Firstly, and as MTV doesn't have a gaming license. All gambling involving money, should be stopped, until this is rectified.  That then prevents MTV, and its administration from being prosecuted. Which could be very costly to all of us. By all means, continue to have the games using BAPs only. These are not legal currency, so do not come under the same constraints as money. Once you have a license, you can then re-introduce the monetary gambling. Preferably on a stand-alone subsidiary site, which can then be advertised, to the world. Open to both non-members, and members alike. Whilst the license is being sought, one of the programming teams, can work on developing the site design, games, legal warnings about gambling, etc. This should be one of your top priorities, to get sorted out. Get rid of the "Wooly" current wording. Categorically state that the information held, will not be divulged to anyone, organisation, or entity, without permission from the user concerned, unless required to do so, under a legal warrant from a recognised law enforcement agency. Include BAPs for sale by user, and user bids (those willing to buy BAPs, for cash). Fees, are applied after sale is agreed. But shouldn't exceed 1% of sale price. As the ads have been recycled at least once, and then demanded by the user. This action has consumed at least 62 BAPs, costing users in general $0.031, thereby making it profitable to PV. Replace with three options of 50, 100 or 200 BAP packs. The user selecting whichever, they have time to do. Instead of getting 5 each of $0.0005 and $0.001 respectively, along with one $0.005 and $0.0125 ads. The user gets ads to the value of the pack purchased. No ramping up of 1 or 2 ads, to make it seem better. This will result ads delivered, number between 1 and 50, or 1 to 100, or 1 to 200 ads from each request. A member signs up for a site in the name of MTV. All income should be paid directly to MTV payment accounts and added to the portfolio. The refferral links of those accounts can be posted someplace on the website where other members can signup directly below the person that runs the account on behalf of MTV. Also these links OR the link from the page where all the ptc sites are listed can be used by users buying adpacks that do not really have a website to advertise. Users that run the account on behalf of MTV get rewarded everytime a payment is received an X amount of shares in MTV per $. I believe this is easy revenue with not much work for our programmers, just create a subpage and add a subgroup to the portfolio. And add the money to portfolio when it is received. Forex trading, but binary options to be more specific. Now i am aware that there are licenses and stuff involved with that and if you were to sort all that out it would be a huge income stream. I was thinking about something to implement much quicker would be to use the same platform and concept as binary but instead of trading forex how bout trading shares? You have a call or put button. Different closing periods, example 60 seconds 10 minutes 30 minutes and so on. I then basically come, the current price is for instance 0.01 i put in a trade for call (meaning it will end higher) on a 10 minute trade , push the start button, the timer runs down the 10 minutes and if the price is higher i win if its lower i lose if its the same its a draw. My idea about the game and its rules are: n° of players 4 - 10  the Aim of the game is to collect 1 million dollars selling and buying shares Every players start with 500.000 shares and with zero dollars. There are 5 decks of cards:  - Trust deck (regarding the trust of the users on admin) - Site deck (regarding the site and the work on it) - Goods deck ( new products) - Games deck (people playing on the site) - Bonus deck (random cards) Each deck is a variable and every cards can change the share price.  For Example: site deck contains a card saying "the site is slow right now. the Price decrease of 0.05$" or the opposite "New servers has been bought. The price increase of 0.05$"  (it's a stupid example ) Each round (except for the first one) the owner of the highest amount of shares decides how many cards (max 1 per deck) and which deck (min 1 and max all decks) to uncover. In other words he decides how many variables he wants during that round. So every round will be a surprise: the price can fall or can go up. -First phase of the round: players can place bids, place share to sell and accept the bids of the other players -second phase: The Uncovering of the cards ---> price change (HERE the System accepts bids and sell share to the players according to the changing                                                 of the price, of course) -third phase:  counting the money and shares earned and sold. "Master" passed to the biggest shareholder ingame. Some notes:   1) if in the first phase of the round there are 2 players that want to sell to you shares (accepting your bid), then win the player who own less money (this for helping this one and not the player who is nearest to win the game). On the other hand: if there are 2 players that want to buy the shares that you are selling, then win the player who has more money.  2) the system is not a player. The system is an identity that starts with Zero shares and with 6 Million dollars (maybe this value can change depending on the n° of the players). Its aim is to Exchange the shares sold by the players to money; In fact, at the first round, it will be a MUST for players to sell their share to the system. But who will have the fortune to sell them at the highest rate? More risk = more money.  3) For the playground I was thinking about a scale of 0.01$ up to 2$  (that means win the game  500.000 shares x 2$ = 1 million $). Price can't be less that 0.01$ and can't be more of 2$. Need to write this before I forget it. So I was thinking about how would it be if we remove the Investing-Plans and I got an idea. Here is what I have in mind: - We close al investment-Plans (170, 200, 240), we do a debt-swap to fully close this section of business. So now we lose the ''ponzi''-thing that stoped us from getting us benefits (Credit-cards and other payment gates, etc.). -Now we are using the Daily Revenues for paying the Investments back to the members, with removing the Plans we can use the Revenues for Paidverts Ad Issues. Think about it, the system itself generates around 5-7k$ daily. If we get Paypal back + other benefits we can easly get 20-30k$ daily revenues that could be used for Ad Issues, maybe we can take like 20% out of it to pay for the Weekly dividends or For example: 60% of the Daily Revenues are added to tomorrows or in a week (today's revenus will be used in 7 days) Ad Issue, 20% of the Daily Revenues are taken to pay the shareholders, 20% of the Daily Revenues are taken for development. We need a minimum Weekly turnover of 100.000$ to: - pay the shareholders (we need minimum 20.000$ to pay tham and that's 20% of 100.000$ ) , - 60.000$ (60% of 100.000$) will be added to the Ad Issue + extra money from Paidverts itself, so if we get PayPal back + other benefits, we can easly talk about +150.000$ for Ad Issues per week, - 20.000$ (20% of 100.000$) for developing new projects.
