Surplus hosting capability can then be rented for other sites, users, etc to host their own domains, within the company. The lower limit can eliminate the undercutting, while upper limit can prevent share market bubble, what we look for is a steady share price increases/decreases day by day, not manipulated by anyone else. Also, we shouldn't set only for lower limit for just eliminate undercut, as this is fair market. So, if there is lower limit, there must be upper limit as well. The remaining groups get actual paid ads, as their activation ads. Costing the user the BAP value of the ad. Activation ads will be exempt from ad filters, just like the Micro Ad packs. This is to prevent users from refusing to receive them. This will reduce the number of BAPs awarded each day, reducing those in circulation. Whilst at the same time, reduce the backlog of undelivered ads. It is a regularly incorporated online advertising company (since 2013). Founded by ex US veteran Micheal Deese, it currently has over 160,000 users. 95% of sales from advertising are distributed to holders of the so-called ‘credits packs’. Each user/account can hold up to 1,200 credit packs, the highest title being ‘diamond’.  Credit packs cost 49.99 US$ each and earn the holder up to 60 US$, with 3 US$ paid back into an advertising fund (non collectable). To be entitled to earn money every 20 minutes for 24 hours, the only “effort” the user must make is to watch at least 10 advertisements in traffic exchange. My idea is that MTV should set up its own account in myadvertisingpays and should invest 60,000 US$ straightaway (the amount that would immediately entitle MTV to become a ‘diamond’ account, with 1,200 credit packs). Right now, such 1,200 credit packs earn 0.60 US$ a day per credit pack. If we do a bit of maths, they would produce 720 US$ a day. Of these, approximately 120/130 US$ a day would be collected by MTV and then put into the daily result card; the rest of the money would be kept in the MAP account and used to repurchase the expired credit packs and to have the highest available amount of 1,200 credit packs at all times... In addition to this, MTV will have an inexhaustible and very substantial amount of advertisements, in the form of millions of banner impressions and thousands of visits from traffic exchange, every day, every month. In addition, to save programmers and administrators the time to watch 10 advertisements a day, we could buy 150 US$ worth of "vacation mode", on a monthly basis, with the funds we have in the advertising fund, so profits would keep flowing in on their own, without even having to investing 20 minutes a day. Then, as to all the advertisements that MTV’s MAP account would have at its disposal, they would obviously be used to advertise both Paidverts and MTV, and maybe through the turnover of referral links from MTV users who have some Mytrafficvalue.  If this plan is approved, I ask that MTV’s MAP account be sponsored with my referral link map (I have been in the business for over 4 months).
