Big gaming website; perhaps stand alone mini game sites with automated deposits/cashouts for like a bitcoin casino type thing. As soon as the programmers fix it; we'll get todays $5500 worth of ads rolling! And i'm working through the support tickets in the mean time. We're nearly caught up there; there's less than 200 remaining, and many of those are junk campaign reports. PayPal cashouts are still at 1-8days. Couple big cashouts to clear in the next 24-48hours; then we'll quickly get that down to 1-3days I reckon. It got a lot of likes and should help you a lot: I just noticed (I don't use support much) that support tickets do not have categories for people to choose like payment problems, advertising problems, clicking problems, access problems, Questions etc. Plus the support also does not have an urgency rating. Many sites have this and I suggest you implement it so that the system will sort the most important email first for your attention I suggest payer and advertiser problems get your top priority because these will most affect cash flow and confidence. The first BAP group has 100k ads in the cron queue; and taking ages to distribute them. I don't want to queue anymore up; incase we run into the new server day. As I don't think the cron handles that all that well. I'll give it 30mins and see about the rest. Today, again the same thing. Not fair! Isn't better to prioritize the people who invest and they receive the ads first? No reason to don't do that but it's ok. I'm whining with that but I will continue invest.
