@MentysisFrom what I have gathered it seems that there is list of complaints that can be filed against PP and BBB is one of them. There seems also to be an emaillist of the higher hierarchies in PP and sending a BBC to all with the complaints seems at times to have success. But if that mostly goes only for releasing fonds or making them do business with you I don't know. It is worth a try.
