------------
Upcoming debt swap facts:

1. We will be swapping all BAP & FTQ investments for shares, at a rate no higher than $0.35/share, between the following dates: Apr 6th - 10th

eg. For every $350 you are owed from the fast track queue, you will receive 1000 shares.

eg2. For every 700 BAP you have, 1 share will be issued.

2. Your account balances will not be touched. That's your money, and can be cashed out at any time. Or saved in your balance to be used after the swap.

3. When we initiate the swap, the BAP marketplace (ability to sell shares directly for BAP) will be suspended for 60days. You can still sell shares for cash during that time.

4. When we initiate the swap, we will be limiting PV Bulk Ad Purchases to 1-5ad packs per day, per user for 60days. ($1.05-$5.25/day maximum)

5. When we initiate the swap, we will be limiting 170/200/250 plan investments for 60days. $1-$10/day per user for 170 + 250 plans. And $1-$250/day per user for the 200 plan.
* 250 Plan Upgraded users will have their upgrades extended by 60days, as a result of this limitation.
* The 240% plan upgrades will be exempt from these limitations.

6. Up until the swap, Fast Track Payments will continue as normal. And there will be daily ad issues from Monday to Friday only (cron permitting!) - With a guaranteed minimum value of $10k per issue.

------------
There won't be an ad issue today or tomorrow as it's the weekend, other than the 5-10 cents worth fo tiny ads sent to everyone.

Regarding PayPal

We finally have some news - PayPal has ignored the "10th March meeting" where further actions would be discussed and after a few days of Carlos trying to get an answer from them, their inspector has finally replied that they will not allow us to continue business with them and also rejected to bring the case further up their hierarchy for additional review and that the funds will be blocked for an extra 30 days.

So Carlos is now trying to bring this case to the attention of PayPal's top due to the clear lack of professionalism and ignorance their risk inspector has shown. And if they show us the same lack of reason our lawyer has already presented us with two possible courses of action. That's all I can say for now - please understand that there's some discretion we have to show, but as soon as we have additional news we'll let you know.

Regarding Yan/iWeb incident I have no clear info as of yet other than the case is being worked on - but these things take time - it could be weeks/months before we have something more to report on that.

Now for some much better news - Carlos says that things are progressing well on setting up of what might basically allow us to create our own payment gateway. It's possible that that might be ready in the following weeks. Also the new bank accounts are to be ready by the end of the month and things regarding getting our own "banking license" are also progressing well.

Additionally we'll likely be adding new payment processors almost on a weekly basis, if things progress as they are.

So a LOT is going on behind the scenes and with a bit of luck we might be setting up some very important legal & financial foundations for the business in the following months.

SOME PROGRAMMING NEWS
Yesterday(actually already on Thursday) David has fixed some issues with crons, which should now be working correctly.

Kamil has finished setting up Payeer, we just have to test it and it will likely be ready for use in a couple of hours. And he will keep working with Carlos to try and add as many news ones in the following weeks.

I have to check out some additional offer walls/task services and see what more we can add.

As Persona.ly is showing decent results, adding 200-300$ worth of potential revenues daily, for basically 0 amount of work on our side. It'll be interesting to see how these numbers hold up especially when we add other task providers as their offers might conflict one another's.

Meanwhile me and my colleague are also preparing all the necessary paperwork for the Slovenian office, finding potential new programmers/designers months in advance etc. to make sure we have as smooth start as possible when we finally manage to get it going.

If even half of things that we're working on go as expected then we're going to add huge value to the business in the following months and with that I've a feeling that the April's debt swap will be the most successful one to date.

Jo should pay the cashout on Monday/Tuesday the latest, but I'll see if he can get to the sooner.

Too bad about Paypal but quite expected though.

@Slosumo, I'm not complaining but are you really going to send out ads today, even though it's a Saturday?

yep, but this will be big problem. Many countries do not have second option, they have only pay-pal.

And my guess is, share price will start droping soon.

Hmm.. seems like Paypal Europe who has the case

I agree that Carlos should bring the case especially for unprofessional behavior from the to their headquarter. It is ridiculous to see newborn PTC sites got 0% fee from Paypal (the admins registered their account use public e-mail account lol). And to be honest, i don't believe that they really conducted professional investigation on us. It is not really surprising actually as they already had issues with other crowd funding websites previously.

Let's move on from them but the money in their bank account should be sued until we get it all. I agree to SKMDRONY that it will better if we provide e-currency exchange in far future when we have strong base. It will provide the user easier access on their funds. Oh ya, I have seen an investment website got their verification from VISA and Mastercard, so it is possible for us to provide direct funding access from credit card.

One more thing, If the plan is going well, we make them regret of their unprofessional decision today

It's a good thing PayPal (should be PayFoe btw! sick ) is almost gone as an option.
Lately it has become the 'Microsoft' of payment processors - monopolistic, dominating, making-up-its-own-rules, bigger than everyone, behemoth.
Now the question is will MTV/PV become the 'Apple' and defeat PayPal at its own game - by being a Financial Institution/Bank/Payment Processor all rolled in one!! cool grin ... only time will tell.

PayPal is an unprofessional processor.
IMO, a processor is a service provider, not an authority. They cannot accept funds and all of a sudden drop their services for a client. In case of PV, just because their funds are growing rapidly.

They should either say they dont accept online money making websites from the start or let the clients decide whether to take a risk or not with their money.

The payment processor deciding whats best for the client, is not required and only makes PayPal decide what their client can or cannot do. If it is my money i want to put it where ever the hell i want it, I don't want my bank to say anything about it.

If a client is doing something illegal, let the authorities handle it. Let the law tell them to freeze everything or not.

Use Payza or PM guys, Tell PayPal to buzz off.

I keep forgetting to ask:

With the Daily limits, one way to help avoid per transaction fee,s was to allow us to pay for more then $5.25 worth of AdPacks, but only have the money apply incrementally.

Meaning, if someone wants to spend $40 for AdPacks via Payza/Neteller (Paypal is now out), that would be "ear marked" for AdPacks, so as to comply with the Processor terms. Then $5.25 would be released each day, until the the funds are less than $5.25, and the rest ($3.25) would apply to the next day. Since, that is to 10c too much, that means that 10c would be held until more is uploaded, or ideally combined with any other balance, to buy another adpack, when the user wants to. Of course fees would change the exact math, but picture is drawn.

I don't think this is needed for other Processors or MTV, as we are free to deposit any amount (1/10 cent daily tax), but for the AdPack only Processors, we want them to give us the outside/fresh/reinvested withdrawals money, and this would help them feel comfortable doing so.

I don't know if this is just one of the projects the programmers already planned, but figured it could be done much closer to the date, but thought I'd bring it up again.
