He will buy it at 2334 dollars. I do not have the money myself so maybe something for MTV? I will gladly take care of it all though my company just need the money and a contract with the lender. I also need a contract or something with you to prove that the money is going out of my company and back to yours  I am thinking that I could get some of money for my truble or the idea or something but I do not need that much   Are you going to tell us the price of the house and how much money it could bring in in a year? I just want to make sure that you are thinking about a house is a slow burner and it usually takes 15 years to break even. There is also a lot of other things to think about when you buy the house. Who should clean it(if it is a vacation house), what does that cost, what do we do when the house get a water damage or just need something new?  Is it the best option? I´m not sure this is good business for either the lender, you or MTV. But your point is just fine. If, this should happen, what is the real price, when sold right now - have to, minus 30 percent?, and will your lender pay some kind of deposits. What if the lender decides to buy something else within 3 months, and so on. I think this is a bit too much uncertain, compared to the invest/profits.
