So they were basically forced to shut down. At least PV, and Jo has stated this, has the resources to sue PP for discrimination. I wonder how they will act if they hear that? I hope it motivates them to play nice. Also, Neobux is in a no lose situation in calling PV a ponzi. If the site crashes then he ends up looking like a genius and raises his status among his members. It also eliminates a dangerous competitor. If the site survives, he continues to get thousands of ad dollars from people advertising the site on his site. If his site starts to die because of PV, he can always join under a stealth name(or maybe already has), invest thousands of dollars and still make a ton of money. Maybe this would help. So, I guess the database is lagging and or the tablespaces are too huge and need some adjustment either from the database side or from the system side.
