i think every single group got same double ads.
Example solutions

solution 1: all people from group 11 missing 70 usd clean profit, this mean you need issue bonus ads for group 11 233 usd - 70 usd clean profit.

solution 2: Just add to all people from group 11 missing 70 usd

solution 3: add to all people from group 11, 140k bap then issue ads for 70 usd.

this mean you can make this semi automatic, count manual for all group separatly and issue ads or add balance, or add bap and issue ads

Many members will not create support ticket for stolen BAP's. You will just steal them and do nothing?

Many of my refferals (have about ~600) don't understand english language. They are clicking ads and invested money easily, but if every member will need send support ticket for this problem, Im sure not everyone will send. 1 more question is: Why we need send support ticket if every member is missing BAPs?

one question... or more like an advice needed...

for those of us who fell a group down...due to this Bap thing...

should we try to get back Asap to group UP, where we were yesterday (while this fixing is under way)

or should we do nothing... (not quite sure if changing current Bap levels would hurt current programmers effords or not) and would still like to get the rest of the ad issue for my former group and not for the lower one ... (once that is under its way)

Nobody said a support ticket must be sent. Right now they are trying to resolve the problem and refund the BAP automatically, and Slosumo is actually asking that people NOT send tickets as it just clogs the system.

He said that Support tickets will only be needed if they can't solve the problem and refund everybody automatically, but I'm sure that is unlikely to be the case.

slosumo there was 1 more problem. 1 of my refferal said(showed me log) that when he purchased campaign(wihle ads were still coming) the log misscalculated hehe

you can se he should get 24800 bap but insted he got only got 6k bap and when the next arrived he just lost 2000 bap from bap balance that was before buying bulk ads. Its like he didnt purhcase at all and that 6k bap got in from god forsaken place and left the same way hehe

For stuff like that no support ticket too or?
I guess we wait and hope you find automated solution, else there will sadly be 100k tickets

if they dont make this automatic then this will be rly unprofessional becouse, many people will loss bap and money. 100k+ users got bad issue, 100k+ tickets ?. Every day we have new fail,bug,mistake,problem.

Paypal problem
Perfect Money problem
Stealing Yan
Double,Triple BAP reduced.
Many days without ads issued
Cron Problems
and many other
every day +1 problem

I complain ? no i just writing what i feeling. I worried some day i will wake up and facebook will be gone, site offline, and will never back and i loss all money and work.

there saying for the time beeing NOT to open a support ticket.

Because the are looking to see if the can automaticly refund EVERYONE.
if this seems impossible after trying to fix it automaticly within the next few days probaly.
Then the will start manually refunding people. by ticket.
However this means basically 170.000 manual refunds. and 170.000 tickets....

So please be patience the try to avoid these 170.000 tickets and manual refunds.
Not to steal it. Avoid it by trying to refund automatic.

Everything will get fixed and will be fine. Just think of how it will bve when they expand and add more employees. Jo/Rich could easily take the money and run,but he isn't,he's working on the problems. You look at his 3k+ earnings every day. He has the money to run but he's here and we're still making a ton more than any gpt or ptc site out there. Jo/Rich isn't going to take our money,just relax. If you are worried about that,than just invest little or no money at all. I'm happy with the site. Yes it drives me crazy with the problems but I'm sticking it out and letting the team fix the issues. I love this site and have faith in it as I had doubts a week ago. Everything will be fine. Jo,Slosumo and ther est will fix the system just give them some time and we'll be back to clicking the highest paying ads on the internet.
