Looking at the total BAP in circulation, the swap price should be 219-220 BAP per share with rounding up. eg. If you have 221 BAP you'll get 2 shares, not 1. read it, 220 BAP per share, not 221 per 2 share. He also mentioned the Rounding. After few days when share prices get high, sell some of them for BAP and others for money, cashout the money and you still will be in a nice BAP group. Or you could convert all your shares for BAP, your choice.
