Some had already funded their accounts after the announcement of the bap swap, and purchased bulk ads using their balance. Others purchased with payment processors (purchases was enabled for about 3 hours after the swap before they realized 99% of the transactions were not completing correct, and they closed the purchase bulk ads) Some saved their BAP ads from the regular issue and clicked them after the swap.
