The value was deducted but not campaign, nor even a pending campaign and the value was deducted from paypal account. BUT I can not purchase any advertisiong cause the 20.10 which was added back to my account after deleting the pending withdrawal request is not showing in the pv balance when I shall purchase advertising... Also recently I purchased for 1 USD and paid using PayPal I have received a receipt in my email but the advertisement and baps was not added to my account...
