Is this site even legit? do you pay taxes? Now, better to stop complaining and see what can be done to earn dollars. Although I am quite against this swap as the big majority, there is indeed chance to earn if going for it smartly. Jo most probably knows what is he doing in order to bring more fuel to MTV/PV in 2015! What is for me generally highly unacceptable when doing serious business is such decision making period. At my work I am dealing with international export/import business and know how important is to give people/clients/partners chance do adapt to a new solutions and work them out personally.  Basically, only two days back Jo has come up with the idea of such huge change. The idea of the swap is generally not bad, but the approach is quite unprofessional. Yesterday, the full decision has been taken and users notified that within two/three days PV is getting kind of redesigned. In such short time period many of us are not even going to be able to return from their holidays )))! Serious platform would at LEAST give one month period in advance. It has fully gone forgotten, that we are dealing with people here and not with machines. Jo has definitely lost some credibility and for me personally I now know that I can expect everything in the future from him and consistency is not the primary number here. This decision making do not affect his skills. I am sure they are brilliant, but he sure needs to learn to work with people. This way, many already announced of leaving PV and will surely do.
